We do sell multiple levels of service and we do deliver what we sell. If customer has a technical issue or problem we have a 24/7 technical support line as well as a local office and local technicians. I have reviewed this customers account. There have been no calls... for service or technical support since customer was installed. Customer has requested for service to be disconnected.If there is anything further that we need to do or if there is any help that we can provide, please let us know. Good afternoon: As an update to this customer's complaint of slow speeds and poor connectivity we have done the following: we dispatched technician on 7/and ended up wiring a dedicated outlet to the modem which was determined to be the root cause prior to this dispatch, we have been to the customer's premise on multiple occasions - 7/3, 7/8, 7/9, 7/ Based on the series of visits by our technicians and the number of troubles reported, we have issued an adjustment to this customer's account in the amount of $which is 1/of month of services We have placed this customer on our 'watch' list so we can monitor their connectivity and be notified of any issues when they may be occurring If any additional information is needed, please feel free to reach out to me [redacted] Business Manager 864- [redacted] (office) 864- [redacted] (cell)
