We have not made any inquiries of any kind since attempting to secure financing in MayPerhaps it was somebody other than Northland? We would like to help explain but do not have any access to whatever report ** *** is referencingIf she could come in and bring her credit report we would
gladly help her but I assure you it is not being originated by us
We are sorry that this wasn't a good experience for the customerDue to unavailable parts, and separate service and body shop issues that seemed to the customer to be a single issue, the coordination of repairs did not go as smoothly as anyone would have likedAs for not washing the vehicle,
the customer was told that we had nobody there at that time to wash it, not that we had no way to wash itWe'd be happy to do it if the customer would like to come by some afternoon

It was the lackadaisical attitude of practically every employee I encountered between the body shop and service department, from staff to "management."
