In response to cus***er complaint ID # [redacted] , on 6/I received a phone call of a truck broke down needing a towAt that time I asked the son how it would be paid! He spoke to his father and I also had a few times before even towing fUmFather asked me what a basic clutch job would cost and I told him approx $which is not including tow which was $or any extra problems with the clutch that may be found while I was working on itHe said replace clutch as neededThere were approx $ in extra parts needednot including the labor it took to put those parts inthe truck was ready that Friday afternoon and contacted him at pm to let him knowI told him he could wire me the money by money gramThe father agreed to it and then called me hours later and said he would not pay the fees to wire it that way and that he would do a transfer from his bank on Sat m(.mingI informed him banks do not do wire transfers on the weekend and I would be at a family reunion that day(fhe called me on Sat he never left a messageI spoke to nm Monday morning a few times and he never reported a problem to me of price or paym(~ntI explain to everyone before accepting any business: how will you be paying for this service? Do you have EFS or T checkI have not had a credit card machine for almost years nowI am a towing service and repair shop and expect to be paid at time of serviceI am including a copy of his invoice

He NEVER told me banks don't do wire transfers on Sat. I found that out from my bank. He told me to wire the money from a Walmart to Walmart transfer. I tried to do that and Walmart doesn't wire anything over $900. I did say I wouldn't pay the high fees to Western Union the money. He told me he would be at a family reunion on Sat BUT I could get him on the number he gave me and he never answered his phone. Poor business relations!!! I hope no one else gets taken by this guy. I understand the charges but to have my son sit there all weekend while he is at a family reunion and won't answer his phone is just wrong!!!

job would cost and I told him approx $1400.00 which is not
including tow which was $550.00 or any extra problems with the clutch that may be found while I was working on it. He said replace clutch as needed. There were approx $250.00 
in extra parts needed. not including the labor it took to put those parts in. the truck was ready that Friday afternoon and 1 contacted him at 3 pm to let him know. I told him he could
