Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Further review of Hearing loss in Right Ear From professional licensed M.D(Dr [redacted] - Encl) has addressed me to get Audio Examto study for Bone & Air Conduction as this will show if I have nerve or mechanical damage in right earThis exam will be from a "licensed professional" to do AudiogramNorthland Hearing has no professional license to my knowledgeWanted to loo for additional information Thanks, PS I may not even require hearing aids - to be determined after further audio test & Dr visit *Please view attached document.Sincerely, [redacted]
In response to correspondence of February 10, 2017.There are questions in Item of the correspondenceHow a refund of monies works is this; bring in to our office the original hearing aid in your possession and then we will immediately submit a credit for $4,to the Wells Fargo account previously chargedThe credit posts in hoursYou will receive a receipt that the credit has been sent, which we sign as the merchant sending it; you will also receive notification via USPS from Wells FargoThe original hearing aid you turn in gets returned to the manufacturerA letter will go out to your medical insurance policy explaining that that original hearing aid has been returned, which should result in cancellation of the claim.The deductible for Loss/Damage insurance is not refundable since the replacement hearing aid was madeIt is refundable if the process is stopped before the replacement device is manufactured
