Regarding complaint #[redacted] the company northern plains funding has resolved my complaint by sending an email stating the denial after speaking with several different associates I am satisfied.

I understand you concerns regarding the amount of fee's included in the repayment of this loan. But I would like to reference the recorded phone call that you had with Isabel C[redacted] as well as all the email correspondence that you two have had; Isabel clearly indicated on...

multiple instances the repayment options for this loan and the cost associated with it, Isabel actually personally recommended that you NOT use the repayment option you selected since it is the longest and most expensive from of repayment. I would also like to bring attention to the loan agreement that you signed on 7/1/2015 which gave you a detailed payment schedule regarding the dates and amounts which will be drafted from your account. Finally I would like to address the "verbal agreement" we have recorded where you recited I, [redacted], understand the terms and conditions of this loan.  And just as a finally note I would like to reference the statement clearly stated on the main page of our website that states "This is an expensive form of borrowing. Northern Plains Funding, LLC loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long term financial solution"
As summary we clearly indicated all fees associated with this loan before you received you funds. We have audio recording clearly indicating your clarity of the terms and conditions as well as signed copies of your loan contract and all email communications you have had with our agents. With all that being said.... I am still willing to work out a deal with you at this point in time you have made 4 payments of $146.61 totaling $585.64 ( which does not even cover our operating costs) I would be willing to accept one more payment of $146.61 to close out you account.
