I've placed orders with the company over the last years and all have been riddled with problemsMost recently I placed an order for worth of clothing that was never shipped out of their facilityAdditionally I have attempted to exchange items I did receive from the 2nd to last order placed but when I reach out by phone leave voice messages and send email to their support inbox they are ignoredI had no other choice but to contact you as I cannot seem to gett heir attention on my ownThank you

I ordered a custom dress a year ago from Autumn in person at a craft show in ChicagoI brought with me that day the dress I wanted another custom made of in different colors
She took my money and assured me she didn’t need to take pictures of my dress for the new one and that all would be handled
Since then I’ve had no communication with Autumn herself, and have been batted between multiple customer service reps and seamstresses and no one seems to communicate with one another
It took over months to get the first wrong dressyes, six months with most of my messages ignored and I was sent the wrong dress
After pulling more teeth and returning that one and being assured they’d get it right this time I’ve been sent ANOTHER incorrect dressand this is for an order I placed a year ago
So they took my money a year ago, have messed up twice, and I have to write/call up to times over periods of weeks before I ever get responsesand on top of that, Autumn, who took my m
