Northland Nursery

Review: ON 7/20/2013, worked extensively with [redacted] on an upcoming landscape project. Selected several perennials, which were left on site, and purchased, along with several bushes that were placed on hold.Project was cancelled and called for refund of the purchase amt.$148.40 on 7/24/2013 per [redacted]. Was told IN STORE CREDIT only. Only then, did I notice receipt to indicate such. No notification of this was provided by cashier, [redacted], upon checkout, nor did I notice or was alerted to any notification or asked to sign acknowledgement of anything, as such.Called 7/25 and spoke with owner [redacted], who was very, very rude and she stated in store credit only. I told her I'd be contacting credit card company for a full refund, as purchased. I told her this was an unethical business practice. She stated that I was blackballed from the nursery and to not come onto the premises and closed with 'good luck' I have a recorded conversation of all.Seems like an extremely angry woman. I have filed for reversal on my credit card and will take to small claims court, if necessary...not sure how that works if I am given only an IN STORE CREDIT and BLACK BALLED from nursery...how do I use the credit...Hmmmmm...maybe the judge can straighten her out.Desired Settlement: Apology.Refund.Will not shop at nursery again.
