We are sorry to hear of this customers current issues regarding their cooling system we recently worked on As was identified by Garth upon the customer bringing the vehicle back to have an additional leak identified, the bottom radiator hose has started to leak where it joins the engine When we first diagnosed this vehicle ( as is very very common with this model, make and year of truck) the radiator was leaking at the tank seam on the bottom corner drivers side Upon replacing the radiator the cooling system was pressure tested and no further leaks were found We do not have to remove the entire bottom hose assembly to change the radiator, we only disconnect it where it attaches to the radiator The current leak is at the opposite end of the bottom hose where it attaches to the engine ( a place we never had disconnected) and as special tool is required to complete this repair it would have had to go to a [redacted] Dealer to be repaired anyway had it leaked at the time of us changing the radiator Therefore the cost to do this would have had to be paid by the customer at that time Again, very sorry for the problems but not something we caused by the work we did

When we first diagnosed this vehicle ( as is very very common with this model, make and year of truck) the radiator was leaking at the tank seam on the bottom corner drivers side. Upon replacing the radiator the cooling system was pressure tested and no further leaks were found. We do not have to remove the entire bottom hose assembly to change the radiator, we only disconnect it where it attaches to the radiator. The current leak is at the opposite end of the bottom hose where it attaches to the engine ( a place we never had disconnected) and as special tool is required to complete this repair it would have had to go to a [redacted] Dealer to be repaired anyway had it leaked at the time of us changing the radiator. Therefore the cost to do this would have had to be paid by the customer at that time. Again, very sorry for the problems but not something we caused by the work we did.
