Review: back on 11/13/2013 I had applied for a $6000.00 loan with NORTHLAWN LENDING with ([redacted]) out of [redacted] PA [redacted]. they have assured me that if I made the 3 payments(MONTHS) investment that came to $580.00plus the senders fee( [redacted]) of $46.00 they would process it and my funds(LOAN) was going to be in my acct 4-6 hours later. when that time came around, there was no deposit. I called the company that same day called ###-###-#### his name is [redacted], He said due to the insurance policy that I was required to send $750.00 and the company would provide the other half, to complete the $1500.00 policy, I told him that I dont have the money to send for this, he reply, WELL IF YOU CAN GET IT ANYWAY YOU CAN WE CAN CONTINUE THE LOAN PROCESS, I told him to give me till MONDAY 11-18-13 and I will call you back. So I called him back and told him that I had $500.00plus senders fee([redacted]) $40.00 more, that was all I had, he responded go ahead and send it and we will have the funds in your acct 2-3 hours later, well that time came around and nothing, he has also sent me a verfication letter that I had printed out for filing along with the loan papers. well he told me the file has gone to another person name [redacted] ext [redacted] and he told me because of security risk and credit concerned that we need the full amount of $1500.00 to finish processing this loan, I admeddiatly told him I dont have the money and I want to cancell this loan and demand a full refund, well he told me when I cancelled the same day with [redacted] ext [redacted] that I should recieve it before or no later than 12-05-13 CERTIFIED MAIL and when that day came I called again and told them that it wasnt here yet,so I called the acct dept at ext 100 and they told me it has been processed and it say the 5th or 6th you will recieve a CERTIFIED LETTER that you will sign for and the person will notify us back stating you have recieved it I also talked to my bank and the GM of the bank called and he [redacted] replied that the accounting dept has your info for me to call them to see where it is. when I called the acct dept they told me they dont have a tracking number that there was a week delay, SO YOU SHOULD RECIEVE IT BY THE 12 OF DECEMBER. for me to call them on tues 12-10-13 to confirm this, I told them ok I will.Desired Settlement: just wanting to get my refund that I had paid out which is $1166.00 for them, to stand behind the things they say and be honest. we have done this in good faith and went out of the way to thinking this will put us ahead and that this was a door god has opened for us.

Review: I was approved for a $6,000 loan with Northlawn Lending on 11/23/2013. I was in contact with [redacted] (###-###-####), she told me that I would have to pay for the first three month payments upfront (580.80. Thus, I did send them the money on Nov. 27, 2013, this is when I found out that this so-called company is in Canada of which costed me $46.00 for the [redacted] transfer (###-###-####) upon the total being $640.00. Sunday December 1, 2013 Northlawn Lending called me back telling me that I have to pay then $750.00 to get the loan. I then canceled the loan requesting a refund. They said OK. I have yet received any funds from them. Therefore, I have stolen from and I could use some help upon getting my money back. Can you help me?Sincerely, [redacted]###-###-####[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a full Refund of which they owe.

Review: I CONTACTED NORTHLAWN LENDING FOR A LOAN. IN ORDER TO GET THE LOAN I HAD TO SEND IN MONEY. ON 11/15/13 I SUBMITTED $1170.00 VIA [redacted] CONTROL #[redacted] AND #[redacted]. I WAS CONTACTED BY A [redacted] AT EXT. [redacted] WHO THEN INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD SUBMITTED MY PAYMENT AND I WOULD HAVE THE LOAN WITHIN 2-6 HOURS. NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEVER RECEIVED LOAN. ON 11/16 I CALLED AND REACHED [redacted] AGAIN AND SHE TOLD ME THAT MY LOAN WOULDN'T BE PROCESSED UNTIL MONDAY 11/18. ON MONDAY 11/18 I CALLED AGAIN AND HAD TO SPEAK WITH A DENNIS EXT. 640 WHO INFORMED ME THAT I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT. ON 11/18/13 I MADE ANOTHER PAYMENT OF $646.00 VIA [redacted] CONTROL #[redacted]. I CALLED AND GAVE MY CONTROL NUMBERS FOR ALL THREE TRANSACTIONS. AT THIS POINT ABOUT AN HOUR LATER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE WHO INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED TO SUBMIT ANOTHER PAYMENT. I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T AND WANTED MY MONEY BACK ALL $1816.00. AS OF 1/3/14 I HAVE TRIED TO CALL AND ASK ABOUT MY REFUND WHICH I WAS TOLD WOULD TAKE ANY WHERE UP TO 15-20 DAYS. RIGHT NOT I AM DEMANDING MY MONEY. I HAVE GONE TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT - INTERNET FRAUD DIVISION. EACH TIME I CALLED I HAVE GOTTEN THE RUN AROUND AND OR SOMEONE HAS HUNG UP IN MY FACE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WANT A RESOLVE ON THIS ASAP.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $1816.00.

Review: The best I can tell is this is a scam. I went to them for help with a loan, they in return got me one. Problem #1: they insisted on 3 months payments up front for security, fine done through Western Union sent to a [redacted] in Ontario Canada. They said the funds would be in my account within 4-6 hours from receipt of the wire. NOT! Next day I get a call from their supposed customer service department demanding more money (3 times the original amount demanded). Well that isn't happening. Now they owe me for wire transfer that they promised to pay me back which is now not going to hapen, and they claim they will send me my 3 payments back in 30 days. Not one thing that they have represented has been accurate. I know they are not a Revdex.com accredited business but people really need to know about them. I was dealing with a man by the name of [redacted]. The owner s name is supposedly [redacted], guess what, there is no way of contacting this person through them, they head you off.All in all! I'm out several hundred dollars and going under fast because of their false representations. They had "ALL" of my information up front and this is why I say it is a scam. I don't need anymore lip service.Desired Settlement: I expect them to stand to the original agreement or refund "ALL" of my monies with interest "IMMEDIATELY". The 3 payments totaling $580.80 and wire fee of $46.00. This company advertises and uses Manta Media's website to try and use their good reputation to lure people in.

Review: I have been accepted by Northlawn Lending for an loan of $6,000. I have paid for the first three months that totals %580.00 plus $46.00 to wire it to Canada of witch is a total of $626.00. They now want $450.00 for a refund. This is theft. This company dose not exist in [redacted], PA. but the phone number is correct ###-###-####. I was in contact with these crooks by E-mail, Phone and Fax. I have all this info still with me and I need help getting back what was stolen from me.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like theme just to give me back what is not rightfully theirs.

Review: on 11-13-2013 I have recieved an email saying I was approved for $6000.00 and spoke to a [redacted] ext [redacted] that told me that in order for the deposit I would need to send a 3 month pmt security deposit that was $580.00 along with the western union fee of $46.00 and that the money would be in my acct 4-6 hours later well I sent it and have the WU forms ,when that time came nothing was there, I called back to speak with her and the phone was givin to a person name [redacted] ext [redacted] that told me that in order for the deposit they would need $1500.00 for an insurance policy that would secure the loan because of me being a high risk of bad credit, [redacted] said that I would only have to send $750.00 and the company would match the other $750.00 which put it to $1500.00. I told him I dont have the money I told him let me see in a couple of days I had to work well that monday 11-18-2013 I called [redacted] and told him that I had $500.00 and he said send it and he would send me a verification letter which I got,( confronted my bank about this, he called and its sounded ligit, go ahead and do it) so I sent $500.00 along with the western union fee of $40.00 which I have copies of along with the contract of interest and pmts, that the loan would be in my acct 2-4 hours later, when that time came there was nothing. I called again and I was transfer to a man name [redacted] ext [redacted] he told me that the company could not match the insurance that I needed to send the remainder of $1000.00 and the $6000.00 would be in the my bank 2hours later I told mr [redacted] I dont have the money and I demand a refund that I had givin this in good faith and trusted you, he said that I sould recieve my refund by 12-05-2013 and till this day (NOTHING) I have spoke to [redacted] 2 times and he hung up on me, so that indicated that something is wrong. so I got advice and it was to notify the Revdex.com and here I am. the name of the bussiness is NORTHLAWN LENDING. 2500 Gettysburg rd Camp Hill, PA 17011 and PHONE is ###-###-#### customer service [redacted] CEO northlawn lending. www.northlawnlending.com please let me know on this all I want is my refund and for them to stop hurting people and taking there money.Desired Settlement: for them to honor there words and contracts. honest people are getting hurt and losing money.

Review: Got an email about a loan got contract signed and returned sent the money that we were supposed to to release loan they got payment didn't release our loan now tellung us we have to pay more money to relase the loanDesired Settlement: Want our money back and would like to see something done fir not honoring the contract

Review: I contacted Northlawn Lending since they had approved me for a loan. after I made the required payment of $626.00 (including [redacted] charges) I was told the loan money would be in my account in 4 to 6 hours. that never happened. when I called again to find out what the problem was I was told that there was an insurance to secure the loan for a sum of $1500.00 of which I had to pay half ($750.00). I told them that I was never told of this up front and that I wanted to cancel the loan since I wasn't going to keep sending them money and hadn't received anything from them and that I wanted my deposit along with the [redacted] charges which they said they would refund by friday December 13th at no later than 6p.m. of course this didn't happen. i've called several times in the past three days and I keep getting their voicemail. I have all pertinent information (i.e. contracts and receipts etc...) if you need them. my biggest worry is that they have all of my information (i.e SSN#, Bank account number etc...) and since I don't know if this is a scam or not I want to make sure that nothing happens. i'm a hard working military service member and as you know this are hard times for everyone and it is a shame that there are so called companies out there that take advantage of people that need help.Desired Settlement: if this company exists I want my refund (cash or check) to be refunded to me per the conversation I had with [redacted]. thank you for any assistance you can provide.
