Dear Ms [redacted] Complaint # [redacted] I have investigated the Mr& Mrs [redacted] complaint and determined it is valid Our service technician pumped out the dosing tank & cleaned the filterHe did not pump out the septic tankThe customer was charged for a septic tank pump out.I sincerely regret that our customer was exposed to thisWe will not charge Mr& Mrs [redacted] anything and I have a call into them so I can personally apologize for all of the aggravation they have had to endure regarding this whole eventThis service technician will be terminated today Sincerely Submitted [redacted] President

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I am happy to say that Metro Rooter is a business with high integrity, but fell victim to a rouge employee, who admirably admitted to his fraudulent work reported to us (the customer) as well as his employer We have the utmost respect for Mr *** and his swift and just resolution to this complaint
