I expressed to Mr. [redacted] that unforeseen repairs on pre owned vehicles may occur and H1is situation may cause ttHe vehicle sales price to change. I apologi<ed to Mr. [redacted] for his inconvenienceand expressed rnv feelings, ttw pert1aps this situation coui<J have been communicated better and we might have saved him the trouble of driving almost 70 miles to visit us. As a one-timegesture of goodwill for customer satisfaction, I    offered Mr. [redacted] a $100.00 prepaid Visa Gift Card to reimburse his fuel and to compensate Mr. [redacted] for his time. Mr. [redacted] tt1anked me for the offer and provided me with his mailing address. A gilt card tor $1.00.00 W<ls potkaged 4/23/16 and will be mailed to Mr. [redacted] 4/25/16.
