Northpointe Bank

Working with Northpointe Bank in [redacted] was very disappointing and frustrating We went through them for our loan on a new house They were very nonprofessional as they as asked us to send them copies of important documents that we had sent numerous times We asked well in advance of our closing if they needed anything else from us to complete our closing To there knowledge there was nothing except the day of they needed yet another form that had already been sent Getting in contact with them was extremely hard and not acceptable as we relied on them to purchase our house I will never recommend them or use them ever again

After yrs of payments there should have been some reduction in the principal amount Through this time I requested several times a printout of where all the money was going, never received anything, At one point this bank even returned my payments several times which caused me to be late I have the letters and the receipts of those payments They never gave me a copy of the contract I have a recent Appraisial of this property and it is way less then what they are saying is owned You tell me how a loan can start out at $ and now they say there is $40,owed Where did all that money that was being paid go? I sure would like to know I do have receipts of the payments and other stuff associated with this loan Do to the principal amount never going down and no response to my requests I did file Bankruptcy But now this bank is trying to take the land from my Ex who has had it in his name since Jan He was trying to work with them but they refuse to get back with him I would never recommend this bank to anyone

I would never in my life or the next use Northpointe bank for ANY financing. They were difficult to work with, unresponsive in request for information and follow up, and totally unprofessional. I wish I could emphasize this enough. I have worked through many other financing agencies and have never wished I had never heard of any of them like I do with Northpointe.
