Review: IN MAY 2014, I ORDERED VIA MY DEBIT CARD, TWO PRODUCTS FROM BEAUTIFUL MUSIC CO WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. THEY ARE CD TITLED " A SUMMER PLACE" PRODUCT CODE #[redacted] AND PRICED AT $19.98 AND "MUSIC OF LOVE" PRODUCT CODE #[redacted] AND PRICED AT $19.98. ON JUNE **, 2014, MY BANK ISSUED PAYMENT TO BEAUTIFUL MUSIC CO IN THE AMOUNT OF $39.96.Desired Settlement: ALL I ASK FOR IS THE 2 PRODUCTS OR A CREDIT ON MY DEBIT CARD. THANK YOU.

Review: On May *, 2014 I ordered (#[redacted]) "A Summer Place CD". May [redacted] my check in the amt. of $19.98 was cashed. June [redacted] I rec'd the CD but it was not satisfactory to me & I returned the CD back to A Beautiful Music Co. My postal receipt says it was received by the Music Co. on June **.

I have sent 4 letters to this company requesting my refund for the CD's & have had no response back from them. In my last letter dated Aug. **, I stated that if I didn't hear from them by the end of the month I would take further action......still have not heard back from them so am hoping that you might be able to help in getting my $19.98 refund returned to me. Thank you for any help you can give me in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $19.98 returned to me for "A Summer Place Cd" that was returned to A Beautiful Music Co.

Review: The garland that we ordered came wrapped with packing tape around the garland which tore chunks out of the garland when we tried to remove it.

We have contacted the company 3 times and to date they have not responded in any way.Desired Settlement: I am willing to work with them and will accept a partial or full refund or replacement of product.

Review: I saw an advertisement in Reminisce Magazine for CDs of Hits of the World War II era that my Mother wanted for her Christmas Present. She is 87. I looked up the Company online but decided to send in a check with the little form that was in the magazine. I sent it on 12/*/2013 and they cashed my check on 12/**/2013 and never sent me the CDs. I made two inquiries by email to their customer service department since I am hearing impaired and didn't make a phone call and I have received no response. The check was for $21.98 and I don't have that kind of money to let this just go unnoticed. Shame on them. I want them to stop scamming people like myself. Thank you for your support in this matter. Revdex.com has given this company an "F" and has received 23 complaints in 2013. They need to be put out of business if they don't deliver their product to consumers like myself and others. Review: I ordered 2 CD's from this place and never received them. I have written them twice once in June and again in August, with no response. MY check for $24.98 that I submitted on 05/**/14 cleared the bank on 06/**/14.But as of 08/**/14 the CD's have not come and I have not heard anything from them. If they are not available I would like my money back.ThanksDesired Settlement: If they are not available I would like a refund. Or if they are out of stock at the moment, let me know and I can wait. Just some sort of replyon the company side.

Review: I am writing on behalf of my 85 year old father. The company cashed a check for and the product was not delivered. They supposedly attempted a re-delivery which was also not received. They are claiming the package was mistakenly accepted twice by another recipient in the building which my father resides. He resides in a small apartment building with 10 other apartments and regularly receives packages with no problem whatsoever. Once I contacted the company I received a reply stating they tried delivery twice in good faith. I never heard back as to a potential resolution. My father is [redacted] and his address is [redacted]Desired Settlement: A full refund or even a partial refund with an apology would be sufficient

Review: I had ordered merchandise way back in October which was never delivered. Since then I am in the process of claiming a refund of the paid amount of $ 50.91

I contacted them 9 times since then, which usually results only in re-submitting my request, have not received any money back. Jan. *, 2014 I received an email finally

telling me that it takes 3 weeks to process (the third time I heard that), I am still waiting for my money. The customer service even hung up on me twice,, telling me

she does not want to talk to me.....Desired Settlement: I would finally like to receive my promised refund of the full amount I paid

Review: I ordered a CD from Beautiful Music Company in May of 2014. My niece has tried to contact the company to see where the order may be as I have not received it yet. She just gets recordings and no person to talk to. In researching the company, we've found they have 23 complaints in 2013. I want to file a complaint to either get my product that is promised since they took my credit card and got their payment. Or I want to make sure they never scam someone else again. I am 93 and on a fixed income.Desired Settlement: I either want my product that I wanted or a full refund.

Review: We ordered cd's back on May *, 2013. We have received one cd set and one other cd out of 5 orders. We have contacted them multiple times and they said they have shipped the cd's twice and I have not received them. I spoke with the post office and they have not seen the cd's. I have contacted the company to send again. I asked them if we can get a refund and they were going to talk to the supervisor. I spoke with them again and they said they are going to ship them again, but I would just like my money back. They said they have shipped them twice already and now trying to send them again and we have not received them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. They have been shipped several times now and I have not received them.
