I deposited $200 on a used car.
After that, I received the carfax report showing 2 accidents and multiple owner..
The craigslis ad claimed original owners. The seller did not disclose accidents when asked. Just scratches. One major accident since airbags were deployed.
My credit card company cannot refund me because I signed the deposit agreement. Seller kept the deposit.
