Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I find it interesting that SunNation included pictures yet none of the full grown pigeon dead(trapped) inside the bird guardsThe lead technician admitted initially that there were breach points that the birds had access to underneath the panelsThat means the initial application of the bird guards were a failureI find it very dishonest that Sunation fails to mention this in their responsePigeons will seek areas where they can find shelterAfter they installed the bird guards, the pigeons continued to have access to underneath the panels so that kept them territorialThe pigeon problem has improved significantly since they came and addressed the problemHow can they explain that? In the interest of helping the Client to control costs, *** *** was advised by his sales consultant from SUNation against a pest guard at contract negotiations in February due to no visible animals in the area at that timeUnfortunately, *** *** lives near a large body of water and
unknowingly to the sales consultant has a seabird problem, that was not apparent at the time*** *** called in August to complain about the bird nests under his solar system after years of successful operation*** *** then agreed to install a pest guard at a 40% discounted price from SUNationA SUNation service team was then sent to the *** home and cleaned out nests and birds and installed a pest guard(see attached photos) As a gesture of good will for *** *** inconvenience, SUNation issued a $gift card to which *** *** was quite thankful.*** *** then called in December 2016, four months after pest guard installation, explaining he now wasn't happy with the job performedThe SUNation service techs once again were dispatched at no additional costAs one can see from the attached images, there is an obvious bird issue at this locationThe concentration of bird droppings is abundant at the peak of the roof and the rain has washed it against the solar array and will continue to do so.At this time, *** *** has requested SUNation clean his roof of bird droppingsThe SUNation techs are not equipped or trained to professionally do this without damaging a roof and this was told to *** *** who was unhappy with that answer.It was advised that *** *** hire a professional roof cleaning serviceThe Client has a seabird problem with droppings all over the roof not just near the solar array, therefore, SUNation does not believe they are responsible*** *** needs a more permanent bird deterrent solutionBird droppings will not only impede the performance of his solar system but will ultimately contribute to the degradation of his roof itself

I find it interesting that SunNation included pictures yet none of the full grown pigeon dead(trapped) inside the bird guards. The lead technician admitted initially that there were 3 breach points that the birds had access to underneath the panels. That means the initial application of the bird guards were a failure. I find it very dishonest that Sunation fails to mention this in their response. Pigeons will seek areas where they can find shelter. After they installed the bird guards, the pigeons continued to have access to underneath the panels so that kept them territorial. The pigeon problem has improved significantly since they came and addressed the problem. How can they explain that? As far as the discount on the Bird Guards, that was the least they could since they dismissed my initial concern about needing them to begin with. Their closest competitor was offering them with the packaged price and advised me that I would definitely need it.
