In our findings she also signed the pre-contract optional products and services disclosure.A refund check has been mailed to the customer in the amount of $1,083.57 on 10-62015 with an attached copy of the First Extended Service Contract pro-rata cancellation worksheet. We have enclosed copies of all these forms with her signature for the Revdex.com records.It is our sincere desire here at Perry to do our best to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with our services and given a full disclosure of all optional products purchased. Should the customer have any additional questions regarding this matter we would be happy to answer them, but at this time we consider the matter closed.
