Review: I paid $400 for a 38 hour driving course for my child to include 30 hours of classroom time and 8 hours of drive time. He took the classroom portion in October of 2014. We were not informed until after the class was over that he could not take the driving portion until two weeks before his 15th birthday. At that time I asked to go ahead and reserve his drive times and I was told not to worry about it and just call two weeks before his birthday and we could be scheduled within a week to two weeks of the phone call. I called the business starting on Jan. 12, 2015 through Jan. 20, 2015 and left four messages and sent one email. Some one from the company contacted me by email on Jan. 20 to let me know that the next open day would be in March but I could not hold that date that some one would contact me in March. We sent several emails back and forth and I asked several times for someone to call me but I have not heard back. They did offer to refund my money so I could go to another school but he has already taken 30 hours of the course over 2 weekends and scored a 100% on his test. I just want them to uphold their end of the agreement and let him take his driving portion so he can get his permit.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from the business to call me on the phone and schedule my son's driving class that I have already paid for.
