We are UK solicitors with multiple clients who request process of service and these requests can take us to different parts of the Globe. We were very fortunate to find Doug at Northshore Process to handle service for us at very short notice. We had a couple of individuals who were evading service but they were able to trace then serve them despite their typical evasion tactics. Good process serving companies are hard to find! BEWARE: I hired this service, to serve papers to a corporation. First call they were so professional and helpful.....UNTIL they received my money. Then the nightmare started...after about a month they told me they could not serve the papers as no one would accept them. They then told me they would run a skip trace for a person at home.. but that required more money...I spend the weekend searching for an address and when I called them with it guess what...the tell me they already ran the skip trace and wouldn't serve the papers in till I send more money.. So I sent more money to them..approx a month later the papers still weren't served and guess what...you got it they wanted more money to serve the papers... So a service they claimed would cost $180.00 has turned into $405.00 I never paid the last fee. And believe it or not the papers still were NOT served. I requested the papers back, and got them. I then called to get and invoice and you got it...they don't do invoicing. So I have nothing to present to the courts in my case to recoup my money. After the first call every time I called they were nothing but combative, and rude and insulting to me. I highly recommend you call anyone but this company..
