Mr [redacted] was to receive at no cost magazine to look overHe disputed the only payment he was to payHe paid nothing and be sent nothingHe was charged on his cc and disputed that and received a credit back
The first issue of the complaint is the customer's daughter (who is handling this) feels we only contacting the elderly and taking advantage ,however we are not allowed to ask the age of a customer .Second on January the customer was reached and was satisfied with the order terms Third none of
our phones have ever been disconnected.On 3-26-we spoke to her daughter and she told us her mother orders from all telemarketers We came to an agreement to cancel the order and the daughter has disputed the payments and received her money back we also put her mother on our in house do not call list.
*** *** WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH GIVING HER CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE AND REQUESTED THE OFFER IN WRITING WHICH WE SENT OUT TO HER AFTER WAITING AN APPROPRIATE NUMBER OF DAYS FOR HER TO RESPOND WE CALLED HER AND SHE TOLD US SHE WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED AND HER ORDER WAS PROMPTLY

MR *** HAS NEVER CONTACTED US AFTER THE ORIGINAL SALE TO HIM TO CANCEL HIS ORDERHE DID REQUEST ON THE ORIGINAL CALL THAT HE DID NOT WISH TO GIVE OUT HIS CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE AND REQUESTED A BILL IN THE MAILTO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO PAYMENT HIS ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND HE
WILL RECEIVE NO FUTURE BILLINGS

The January call was made to the Alzheimer’s patient, not to the number providedThis delayed the resolution by a monthWhen we finally spoke with Nothshore’s representative, she agreed to drop the last payment but would complete servicing the subscription as paid, and would put the buyer on a do not call listNow this letter says the payments will be refunded and service canceledEither outcome is acceptableWe look forward to resolving this issue
