I contacted this company on April 14, with regard to a freezer item repair for my *** refrigeratorBy accident I knocked off the plastic spout on the back wall of the freezer that blows cold air over the ice cube maker and I was unable to re-attach it Their advertisement in the phone book stated "Free Service Call with Any Repair"The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone also stated thisTheir service person (name looks like *** on the service ticket) showed up on a timely basis and was only here for maybe 5-minutes and put the spout back on the rear freezer wall For this little escapade I was charged $109.00!!! If I had known this when he arrived, I would have told him to leave and forget about the repair - way too much money for an issue like this This is an exorbitant charge for the repair that was done I have contacted the company through their e-mail address on April 16, at 1:P.Mand have not received any reply I can see them charging $45.00/

I received shoddy and incomplete service from this companyI had a *** break off my range and I called NorthshoreThe repairman couldn't identify the part number - he took some pictures of the part and said he'd get back to meAfter no contact for over a week, I called and the repairman said that the part number couldn't be foundI ended up calling another repair company and they found the part number by simply unscrewing the front plate - all of screws
When I called Northshore back to talk to the owner, he hung up on me and now won't return any of my messages

The service man that showed up repaired my icemaker and changed filter, after I told him a leak developed he came out again, and gave me the run around and it was obvious he was not authorized to repair of work on Kitchen Aid productHe finally advised me to contact them directly*** *** sent someone out repaired it immediately and told me his company is not an authorized repair companyThe repairman was named Manoli, all his phone number trail back to him and he refused to provide owner's name my guess is he owns his own company he also charged us more than double of what repair should have beenAnd his diagnoses of leak was incorrect!
