Northshore Toyota

Northshore Toyota is horrible. Our purchasing experience was proving the old adage you need a man with you to purchase a vehicle. Once my husband was involved things went smother and they honored the online price. On to service, we bought the extended warranty , which never covered any needed repairs, but some labor. They keep your car days not hours for rudementary problems other shops could fix in a day. But the absolute worst was when I brought my van in for a problem I had brought it in for before, but they told me didn't exsist , and my extended warranty had expired, so I was going to have to pay for the repair. Ok, not happy, but moving on. After voicing that to the service man, he says " we don't HAVE to repair your vehicle " . I said you are correct, you don't. I walked out and will be buying Hondas from now on. On average we buy a new van/ suv every 5 yrs over the last 24yrs. we are due for a new one, too bad they were jerks. I had another Toyota years ago we purchased in Metairie. Much better experience / service , and price , go there.
