I am rejecting this response because:
As the documentation I provided to MrShaffer shows, I paid for six months of service, not three as he states in his response to the Revdex.com. He acknowledged this via email with me. I would be happy to forward the exchange and the proof of payments, if needed. All told, I spent several hours calling, emailing, scanning, and downloading documentation to get this issue resolved. I also had to deal with a tremendous amount of aggravation from the repeated assurances and broken promises. All of this is worth more than the $credit MrShaffer offered. In fact, it is the same as what he promised in January, before I even got the Revdex.com involved. I'm truly not sure if this entire ordeal is the result of sheer incompetence or if this company is deliberately trying to take advantage of customers, but neither is acceptable. Had I not got the Revdex.com involved, I doubt anyone would have called me back even to let me cancel the service. I encourage the Revdex.com to investigate all future complaints about this business very carefully and issue its rating accordingly. MrShaffer seems like a very nice person, but appears unable to provide even the most basic level of customer service. It's important that others are forewarned about what to expect when dealing with this company

late, we went to open her gate to get the trash and her dog got looseAt that time she was outside with the dog around the corner when we opened the gateShe started yelling at me saying it was my fault that her dog got out which there were witness to her abusive treatment of the driverThe driver went out looking for her dog and minutes later he saw the dog in her vehicle heading for the houseThe driver stopped back at the house to make sure everything was okay and she verbally attacked the driver againShe said she was quittingBecause we serviced her in the month she did not get a refundI however am going to pay her $so that the harassing phone calls stopIf you have any more questions please feel free to contact me217-367- Sincerely, Russell Shaffer

Mr*** started service with my company in AugAs of Aug to April He has only payed my company for three months of service I do understand that he has had trouble with the billing portion of my companyWe have had a lot of issues with our new billing system he has called a couple
of times we also thought we had the issue fixed a number of times but there was a issue with the softwareI did appoligize to him on different occasions I also gave him three months of free garbage service.We finally got the problem fixed and he wanted us to give him another four months free I told him we were unable to do this because we still provided him every week with his garbage serviceI understand the complaints about the billing problems and I am very sorry that that happen but we could not come to a agreement because I could not give him another four months freeI think that the three months free were more then enough for the issuesI wish Mr Kleber well and I hope he has no hard fellings Russell Shaffer
