There is nothing in this response regarding the resolution of my complaint. I don't recall any part of "the customer is always right " stating what the business remembers. Nor have I received any contact from this business. The fact still remains my vehicle is unsafe in its condition and this business obviously has no integrity for the work they do. Being informed of my concerns all they worry about is themselves?

This was a free oil change, there was no money spent by the consumer therefore no refund is due.

This matter outlined by the customer is not quite told the way I remember it. I have tried contacting her to discuss this matter & have had no response.

Review: I took my vehicle to be repaired for a gas leak on Tuesday. I was informed that I also needed brakes. I was given a verbal quote , no printed quote was given. I was told they would remove the parking brake assembly. They gave me a ride home stating it would be done on wednesday, thursday morning at the latest. Wednesday night I had a phone message just before their closing time asking me to call them. I waited til morning only to find out it wasn't finished and it would for sure be done around 5pm. By 630pm I had not received any phone call so I called them, it was not finished as promised. Due to their promise I was scheduled for work for friday which I informed them and with reluctance they dropped off a loaner vehicle which they advertise free loaner vehicles. I was again promised it would be done friday night but after getting out of work at 7pm I had no phone call of my vehicle being finished which I verbally requested from two different employees to state in a message finished or not finished. The next day I received an accusatory message from the business owner that I didn't call them and some how I as the customer was doing something wrong. When I spoke to him he offered no apology nor did intend on solving the communication problem of his employees. I agreed to pick up my vehicle on monday as it was now saturday night. When I arrived I was treated with contempt. When I asked about their advertising of free financing I was denied with an arms crossed stance and the statement of "I'd rather you didn't" all this infront of another customer.

Not even two months later the brakes that I paid double for the pads had to be repaired again. The mechanic informed me that "if" the brake pads had been replaced then the caliper was forced down instead of replaced and wore down the new pad. He also showed me that the incorrect lines were used for the gas lines and they were not properly attached to the vehicle, the fuel filter is just hanging and could get ripped off and the line running up into the engine is rubbing and will eventually rupture and leak on the catalytic conveter and start a fire. I was told to be careful driving in deep snow because it will get caught up in the lines. When he looked at my bill for these repairs he questioned the measurement used to charge me for the gas lines as none was listed. He said if it was in feet, then why was I charged for 18feet of line for a 7foot job. He showed me the $40 brake pads that he installed which I was charged $89 for. The backing plates that I was told would be replaced are useless generic tin and a waste of money again he questioned the two different prices listed. He also told me that a factory installed part such as the parking brake is not to be removed.

The result of all this is that all the work has to be redone, it has to because its either faulty or unsafe. When I looked at my bill I saw 2 quoted prices neither of which I signed for or given a printed copy. The verbal quote I was given was between $900, because I had a brake disc to be used but if it was the wrong one it would be closer to $1000 and my bill was over $1023 with no explaination and my brake disc was used.Desired Settlement: I have to pay for all these repairs to be done properly and since I trusted this company to have done that, which they didn't, I think they owe me a refund on some or all of the repairs. I certainly don't trust them to fix the work that right now, worst case senario could kill me.

Review: just wanted an oil change with theyre free oil change coupon, and they claimed I needed a new oil pan and showed a hole, and were afraid to touch it but I watched him pushing his finger into it,they later said they never touched it.so after somewhat of an argumnt, I said I would let it go but how bout just giving me the oil and filter and I would do it myself ,but they wouldnt ,and wouldnt help me so here I am.

the thing is..they just needed to turn a bolt, not touch the pan at all

I took pictures of where they said it looked like a hole, and it looked like a fresh " ding" to me.im sorry but I feel this is crooked.why not just give me the fast oil change as advertised instead of taking an hour to point out all the damage to my car?

thank you,I wanted to let it go and just forgive,but...the boss called back and said they never touched it,thats what got me goin, because I Watched them touch it,so right there ,he had got the story wrong and wouldnt listen to reason,
