returned with a heating and cooling issue. We discovered the part was bad. She chose to order the same part from the same [redacted] company and pay an additional $100. She emailed the company many times and they did offer to send her a refund of $100 and said she did not need to return the part. I installed the replacement part. A few weeks later she is having the same problem and again it is a part issue. She demanded her money back for the part and installation. She has received a refund for the first part that was defective. I cannot give her a refund for the installation as the repair was due to the part not the installation. I have tried to explain this to her, but she doesn't seem to understand.
