I am expecting any type of compensationI was treated very poorly and now I am having trouble getting the medical records and images to take to a new doctor

have every desire to address the issue and provide the best solution available to honor her requestI have taken the liberty to look into the financial account of Ms*** and have concluded the following: Ms*** was mailed billing statements from our office on 7/20/2016, 8/22/and 10/3/Our office policy is that our patients will receive monthly statements and collection activity to beginWe will then attempt to notify Ms*** before the account is sent to collectionWe contacted her by phone 10/18/regarding her past due balance and was told to us by Ms*** that she would speak to her significant other to find out if she would be able to set up payment arrangements and that the we could call her back the following dayWe then contacted her by phone 10/and left a voicemail that we were following up on the previous day's conversationMs*** did not return the phone callOn 11/17/the account was turned over to our collection agencyOn 12/27, Ms*** contacted our office to make a $payment by phoneThe billing representative that had taken the payment by phone from Ms***, did so in errorThe correct protocol was to advise her that her account went set to go to collections and she needed to set up an agreed upon payment planOn 1/23/Ms*** contacted our office requesting a payment planAt this time, she had spoken with our collections representative who informed her that the balance needed to be paid in full and that no further arrangements could be madeThe patient became upset and was not willing to pay her balance We feelthat our payment arrangement policy is very flexible allowing our patients to pay up to monthly payments to satisfy their balancesEven though we still have not received an agreement to pay from Ms***, we still have not turned her account over to collectionsHowever, the outstanding balance of $still remains due at this timeMs*** is more that welcome to make payments but we would like for her to make an agreed upon payment arrangement with our officeI would be more than happy to assist with coming with an arrangement that works for both Ms*** and Northside ENT IncI would like to apologize to Ms*** that her online complaint had not been addressed and further apologize for any inconvenience this has caused herIf there is anything that Ican do further, feel free to contact me at the number or email below and Iam more than willing to assistDarvina G*** Director of OperationsNorthside ENT Incdg***@northsi deent.com317-818-
