I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I never approved the work all I did was inquiry as to when they would do said repairs I never signed a completed work order and a receipt was never given at time of repairPictures supplied were taken after the fact and not at the time of alleged repairs. I feel the work was not done and never approved by myself all correspondence was inquiring about whenPlease provide proof that repairs were approved and signed off by myself. Regards, *** ***

I am requesting that complaint #*** be reviewedOur company, Northside Companies, finds this complaint to be invalidThe claimant contacted us on April 20, requesting a quote for a roof tune upWe replied that day with the cost and what was includedThat same day he asked to schedule
the tune up.As per our process, we then put the customer in the lineupThe claimant followed up twice with us to check on the status, once we let him know it would be next weekThe second update was that we had been out to perform the workOn May 31, we update the customer that we had performed the workSince then there has been verbal communications in which the complainant said he would pay via checkWe never received payment and on July 19th we received an email stating that he had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.Please see the attached email conversation as referenceWe also have attached the photos of the work we performedThank you Sal ***
