Northside Tile in Tucson, owned by Mike Delaney, was the worst tile experience we have ever encountered The quality, especially cutting glass tile, was that of an
inexperienced, uncaring person who called himself a professional with years in
the business He completely misrepresented himself when directly asked about his
experience The worksite, our maste rbathroom and closet, was filthy when he left
for the day When told the next morning that we were unsatisfied with the job and his
services were no longer wanted, he became defensive It was so upsetting that I paid him what he asked just to get him to leave The amount was outrageous! We retained the services of another tile company who recommended his tile work be removed and re-done The amount we paid to have this done was close to the amount he was paid In a letter I asked for some re-imbursement from a "professional", but the letter has never been acknowledged
Great service and very helpful staff. I found a used table on Craigslist and the owner advised me that it was a fantastic deal. I know he was not just trying to sell me on his moving service, since he advised me that the table was veneer, and made sure I knew it was not completely solid wood and was ok with it. They set up appointments with the previous owner and it was delivered 3 days later. There was a hiccup moving the table into my basement and a section of drywall was punctured. Masons offered to either repair the drywall, adjust the moving fee, or put new felt on the table, since the mover had noticed it was a little worn out. I opted for the felt. What a great company!!!
