This customer comes in on a regular basis and complains about the food after she has eaten all of it and wants a refund or more free food.  We have given her food to satisfy her previous complaints and she continues to complain in order to receive free food.  She never asks for her money...

back but wants additional food.  Also, she disrespects the employees and myself.  I have offered her money back but she never responded and walked away.  I want to resolve this issue.  If she does not want the money that she has asked for in this complaint and I have offered to pay it, I do not know what more I can do.  I want to resolve this and ask that she not come into my store any more since she does not seem happy with the services which we provide.
