Northsight Management in Scottsdale, Arizona is a rip off and Collis Newbill who works in the on-boarding department is a liar. Don't waste your time with this company as they will offer you at best .50 cents on the dollar for work already performed. This is a business that you need to be cautious of, not worth the time.

We will no longer attempt to service the property unless our Client provides proof of documentation that the home is indeed foreclosed on. If that turns out to be the case, then the occupant would be inhabiting the home illegally. Great company, very fast service on our properties.

Where do I start. This company will work you to the bone then find any tiny reason to charge you back. Let's say one photo in your batch is bad. They will charge you back for the job even it you did it perfectly and all your other photos are clear. They want you to take a yard FULL of leaves and only pay you about $1 per bag for your work. They expect you to pick up debris with out pay. The manager Kristen is rude and threatens you often. They expect you to work 7 days per week. You will be a slave to them. You will be a sub contractor who is treated like an employee except you'll have no benefits. I could go on and on. This is not a good company to work for. Like the last person said go check out rip off repot there are MANY more complaints there.
