On July 13, when I purchased the car they said they would fix the issues that was wrong with the carI signed my day tag on July 14th when I picked up the carThen on July 24th the car broke down and northstar wouldn't answer my calls until the Revdex.com contacted themOn Thursday July 30th Dave contacted me to fix my head gasketsHe told me it would take him hours to fix my car and he would start as soon as he towed it to the shopOn Monday August 3, I called Dave to see if my car was ready and he had excuse after excuse on why it wasn't ready yetHe told me to give him some more time and he would get it finished for meOn August 4, Dave called me telling me my car was ready for pick up and had been road tested and the problem was fixedI had my brother come with me to pick up the car at 6:p.mAugust 4th and as we headed home the car again over heatedWhen I picked up the car the millage was at 151,and when it over heated it was at 151,I sent Dave a text message with pictures and letting him know my car wasn't fixed and he never replied until the next morning august 5thWhen he called me August 5th at 8:a.mhe keep telling me he rushed through my car to get it back to me, but had my car almost daysThen told me he would NOT pay for someone else to fix it and I wouldn't win this case with the Revdex.com like he was threatening meHe said that I could bring it back to him and he would fix it again and this time do it right and take his timeHe never changed my head gaskets while he had it which was the problem when he picked it up on JULY 30th Dave already had the car six days it should have been fixed correctly and not rushed throughI sent it to another shop which had it two days and fixed it correctlyI have pictures and receipts from both shops and can get more information and pictures from queens where I had it fixed if the Revdex.com needs themDave keep contacting my boyfriend about the car instead of me because he made comments like I was had to deal with but my boyfriends name isn't even on the car loanIt cost me over 1,to fix the car and I had to buy the tag and not even get to use my day tags but days and make a car payment on a car I haven't even got to drive which is frustrating

The car was sold as and can mail copies of all signed paperworkWe did have a "we owe" for brakes and windshield repairBefore she picked up the vehicle those repairs were completedWhen she called back saying it overheated We offered to fix the vehicle for her and give her a vehicle to drive while we were doing soShe stated she was going to take it elsewhere to have the repairs made and we were very clear that we would not be paying someone else to fix her vehicle Thanks

This complaint was addressed and fixed with no issues

they offered to fix my blown head gasket and I provided proof where they had my car to fix and failed to do soI called for days and on July 30th Dave contacted me about making the issue with my car correct he then towed it to north star and on August I contacted him to see if my car was fixed because he made it clear he could have it fixed in hours and it wasn't fixed yet on August six days later he called telling me my car was ready for pick upmiles down the road the car over heated because he NEVER fixed the blown head gasket which was the problemI reached out to Dave right after it over heated and he never answered my messages until the following dayQuoting give him more time he rushed through my car how can you rush through fixing a car when you had it six days? He never offered me another car to drive until august 3rd which was five days after he had my car and by that time we were using my mothers car because my car hasn't been drivable since July 24thDave was supposed to fixed my car correctly the first time so yes I took it to another mechanic when the problem wasn't fixedEven if the car was sold as is Dave said he would fix the car and failed to do so correctlyI have voicemails and the bill that Dave gave me to prove that I gave them my car to fix and the issue was resolvedThe Revdex.com has the bills for proof from both placesSteve told my boyfriend on July they didn't have another car for us to drive so we found another car and paid my mother to use her car while ours was at north star to be fixed.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told I was purchasing a 2005 [redacted], the paperwork they gave me stated that, I was told that. The vehicle was a 2003. When I purchased insurance for the Honda, The insurance company found the vin number...

did not match up and after I double checked the vin I discovered it was in fact a 2003.

We are currently working with this customer to resolve this complaint. The vehicle was sold as is. However we are working to help this customer.

The company explained that the business has worked it out with the consumer and it was just a simple misunderstanding.

Then told me he would NOT pay for someone else to fix it and I wouldn't win this case with the Revdex.com like he was threatening me.
