I am rejecting this response because:
Thank you for your response but I'm surprised to what I had read because a lot of the information provided was false. She stated that my items were NOT designer pants. When we reported lost pants, employee called me the following business day and took all the information of the pants(brand, color, and size). She never mentioned me anything about that they were not designer pants. Now they are telling me that my items were not designer items. She has no right of telling me that she knows me well enough and the clothes I wear. I have all the proof and I will provide that in email(see attached) the worth of pants and that they are designer pants. She stated clearly of their policy in the letter but on the receipt their policy is written in microscopic letters. Manager of this company was very hard to deal with and it took her very long time to respond to me. They never provided me with a direct number that I could talk with owner(manager of the cleaners told me that, manager of this company is the son of the owner) but everytime I call they would tell me that owner will get back to me shortly unfortunately it took days for them to respond to me. And last time I called them I requested that if owner does not call me that same day that I will need to call an officer come out and do a report because I was tired of waiting with no response to them. When I spoke with owner she once again told me of their policy(10 times the cleaning fee) they would pay me $38 but she then said "since you had designer pants we offer you $50 per pants". So she started negotiating with me. I explained her again the pants I had and that I had provided her with receipts  so I did not agree with any of her offers since her $50 offer would not cover my next same pants that I can buy. She stated that I abused her employee of stealing items but I said that because they did not have the slips that they keep as their receipts to match mine. I had my yellow the pink slip was supposed to be with items and the white slip stays at their metal bin on employee table. She is now abusing me that I had a pretend lawyer call her regards my case. I want her to provide you(Revdex.com Northwest) with the contact number to a lawyer that had called her and you will be able to check if that was a real or pretend lawyer. She had offered the lawyer that she can replace the pants from Los Angeles designer vendor ( which this information she never offered me) and now I don't understand why she would negotiate with a lawyer over the phone when she is stating that he was a pretend lawyer. When I was there talking to her at her cleaner facility I never yelled or screamed at her but I was very serious when I talked to her and I had the right to do that, but on other had she as an owner was so unprofessional and raised her voice at me(customer). She is stating now that she was willing to give me an offer of 100$ store credit and 200$ for items but she never offered me that only then I found out that she offered 200$ From lawyer. And also she is stating that if she finds the pants that I can keep her money she is offering and also my items. I don't need her money, if she finds me my pants I can give her money back but I will no longer go to her for business. Since she is negotiating so much with me I want her to pay me all my money (569$)that I spent for my pants (I have receipts and she does also) but if she ends up finding the pants I can return the money back to her.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
