patient to "collections". All Patients sign full financial statements saying they agree to stated charges prior to any procedure and also agree to be responsible to pay for the treatment(s) after they are performed. Oncewe have exhausted all means of resolution which normally takes an extraordinary amount of time, effort, and additional expense, we tum the bill over to a collection agency and write the patient balance off as "Bad Debt". At that point, it is out of ourhands. Also, notice the complaint is not with our service or quality of our work, just the fact that the agreed payment is requested on a valid bill for true services rendered. I hope this answers your questions regarding this complaint.Craig B[redacted]DirectorIdaho Eye Center, P.A.
