The tenants signed the attached Pet Policy which clearly states “An additional fee of $ 50 (per dog)”. The tenants also completed and signed the Pet Policy Addendum listing 2 dogs. The tenants signed the attached lease but failed to advise a single pet surcharge when they acknowledge owning 2 dogs....

 This does not excuse the tenant pet fee responsibility. Would  be no different if the tenant had obtained a second dog following signing of their lease. The tenants also notified they going thru a separation and having a difficult time. In respect of the current personal struggles of the tenants we will not enforce the second pet surcharge beginning with August rent extending thru the end of the lease. Be advised we will not refund previously paid second pet surcharge and associated late fee(s). Thank you for providing an opportunity to address this concern.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I paid the full $1015 for Aug which was due Aug 1st.  I was waiting for the extra $50 to be returned to me.  Since the $50 was not returned do I need to make another complaint.  According to their response I would not be charged the extra $50 for August.
