COMPLAINT over BILLING: The customer had a child begin class, but decided to transfer to another class after the 1st day CUSTOMER signed the Department of Licensing in WA Parent-Student Contract in which it states there will be a $"transfer fee" to another class after the 1st day The customer's child "no-showed" for a professional Driving Lesson by not having his permit with him to drive We attempted to get the child (teenager) to the permit but the student wasn't able to retrieve it The fee for a "no-show" is also identified in the aforementioned contract, which the parent signed, and is $ OUR STAFF attempted to call the parents of the student back to reschedule however our own Call Center Reps could leave only voice mail messages We've attempted several times to contact the parents to schedule the teenager's final drive lessons to no avail. And are totally open to helping the parent and student to achieve their "Course Completion." The $assessed were agreed to by the parent and student in the original contract

Dear Mr*** my Covington staff has attempted on several occasions to get a hold of you to no avail regarding the scheduling of your son, ***.Each time they called, they were only able to leave a voicemail. As you know, my frontline staff is available in the Covington branch on a consistent basis, days a week from to 6pm There is that option available to you as well as our entire clientele. Now in a "rejection" of my rebuttal to your Revdex.com complaint, you stated on July 25, 2016, that we have not contacted you at all You also say we refer to a "contract" that your teenager and his parent signed that we are "so quickly go to (sic)."Indeed, yes, we are required by State oversight to have said contract in place and therefore have both student and parent sign it for purposes and occasions just like this. Since you signed the contract, I am assuming you read and understand all clauses which address refunds and no-show fees and Department of Licensing compliance for Driver Education in Washington State Accordingly, I won't need to go into those matters with you here.More to the point, our Calendar indicates that *** does have his 3rd and 4th drive lessons scheduled already And THESE WERE SCHEDULED BEFORE you wrote the rejection to my rebuttal Either you sent the rejection on a date that was not received by the Revdex.com until much later, or you are misleading or you are not aware of the scheduling.I will assume the latter. Here are the dates for your record:August 7, 9AM Freeway Drive LessonAugust 11, 1PM Emergency Drive LessonThe end of the 4th lesson is when you may schedule his final drive lesson. You may respond to this email if you wish, but all scheduling issues should be taken up with the on-site staff at the Covington branch.Thank you, and best wishes

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
They have not contacted me at all, on my phone [redacted] or email [redacted]
This email they have had since payment were arranged and receipt sent there, but no contact for help to resolve problem.
I contest there actions and feel this is unfair treatment. In a online review I gave feeling helpless against this company and contract they so quickly go to. Is the only response I have gotten. In that response they resort to attacking a person character. Saying they are yelling and unable to deal with.
Not ok.
I just want I paid for of 590 dollars now.
As far as a no show how is a child able to make legal transaction that a adult has to pay for.
Ih and the drive in question for late fee was during school hours.
F course he wont make it he in school.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
