I am rejecting this response because:We are not interested in the remaining driving lessons and road test, we want a refundI understand that sometimes there are issues with phone messages and emails but I am sure there could have been a way for you to get back to us in weeks before we contacted the Revdex.com We only involved the BB because we did not get any answer to our messages/emails from you at all for weeksThat is no way to conduct business.

We have been in business for over 14 years and have never had a complaint filed against us.  We pride ourselves in working with our clients and go above and beyond to make sure our clients are well taken care of.  This includes not driving under extremely dangerous weather...

conditions   We regrettably had to reschedule several people due to the weather that week and all but one was rescheduled and completed.  As stated in our policy that the client signed we do not issue refunds.  We are however willing to complete the rest of the lessons and road test that were paid for whenever it is convenient for the clients.  We ask simply that we get notice of when they are coming to town again in order to schedule. Please feel free to contact me at this email address or my personal cell number [redacted]Thank you, Jimmie P[redacted]

I understand your concerns and they have been addressed. We have had some issues regarding emails and other communication. One of which was receiving this email and why we were not getting them.  Again as stated in the policy signed we do not issue refunds. We are willing to work with you when you are available.  Two hours of service have already been provided and the remainder of services can be completed at your earliest convenience.

I am rejecting this response because:Our issue with North Star Driving school did not concern the cancellation of our appointment on January 18 due to bad weather. We were informed about that by email and can accept this decision. Our issue is that after we rescheduled this appointment for January 19 (by phone with Amanda S[redacted]) nobody showed up! We were stood up! Afterward we tried to contact North Star multiple time by phone and email and received no response. About a week later I emailed again requesting a refund, Amanda S[redacted] wrote back stating she would forward my request to the owners - and we NEVER heard back! This answer by the owner to the Revdex.com complaint is the first contact they attemted with us since January!
