Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Our issue with North Star Driving school did not concern the cancellation of our appointment on January due to bad weatherWe were informed about that by email and can accept this decisionOur issue is that after we rescheduled this appointment for January (by phone with Amanda S***) nobody showed up! We were stood up! Afterward we tried to contact North Star multiple time by phone and email and received no responseAbout a week later I emailed again requesting a refund, Amanda S [redacted] wrote back stating she would forward my request to the owners - and we NEVER heard back! This answer by the owner to the Revdex.com complaint is the first contact they attemted with us since January! Sincerely, [redacted]

We have been in business for over years and have never had a complaint filed against us We pride ourselves in working with our clients and go above and beyond to make sure our clients are well taken care of This includes not driving under extremely dangerous weather conditions We regrettably had to reschedule several people due to the weather that week and all but one was rescheduled and completed As stated in our policy that the client signed we do not issue refunds We are however willing to complete the rest of the lessons and road test that were paid for whenever it is convenient for the clients We ask simply that we get notice of when they are coming to town again in order to schedulePlease feel free to contact me at this email address or my personal cell number [redacted] Thank you, Jimmie P***
