no matter what I put down, it looks shady. he has no clue about what transpired in the conversation between people. The man ordered merchandise and we sent it. He got introuble with this GM and was scared for his job.. We had offered to pick up
the product at no charge. We did nothing wrong as usual

I am rejecting this response because:The seller response is incorrect My employee did not order, request, or approve shippment of this product The seller is correct in stating that anything he states will appear shady as this entire business transaction is shady My employee is not in trouble, and in no way is scared for his job However, he clearly recalls the conversation Clearly remembers stating that we have sufficient lightbulbs, and clearly recalls that he in no way indicated he wanted to order worth of lightbulbs of a type we don't even use at this property The seller has contacted me back They have also sent me a *** return shipping label This is more response than many have received from this company, and I am hopeful that this will be an end of this transaction I have indicated that I refuse to pay anything for this unsolicited, unwanted and unrequested order, and that includes any potential restocking fee

I NEVER ORDERED THIS PRODUCT IT JUST SHOWED UP, WE USE PURCHASE ORDERS FOR EVERYTHING WE PURCHASE AND NEED APPROVAL FROM CORPORATENEVER ORDERED NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT NEED AND DID NOT ORDER..READ THE INTERNET SCAM SCAM SCAM

The Rep never said We were sending a FREE box of gloves.  When the customer called stating they didn't want the gloves, we issued a return service label to pick the gloves up free of charge.  We're only trying to get paid for the merchandise that they used.  We did nothing wrong.

It doesn't matter to me, if he wants to believe whatever he wants nobody cares.We don't send anything without authorization.  He new he ordered.

[redacted] DID NOT order anything. Scam artist company called and asked to speak with maintenance (same company ran this scam at two other valley hotels I have worked for). Told [redacted] he was doing a survey and would send him A GIFT CARD for participating and wanted to know what kind of light bulbs we used... PERIOD. [redacted] answered questions about our bulbs but DID NOT order anything. Did not provide authorization for an order, did not sign anything approving an order, did not provide a credit card or fill out a credit card authorization or direct billing application for an order (like reputable companies require). This company is a complete and total scam organization as my complaint and the NUMEROUS other complaints on this site against them state. I hereby request my hotel, my staff or myself are NO LONGER CONTACTED by this company as in doing so will constitute harassment. I have already provided all the details of this case that exist and have provided those details so others are aware of these types of scams, can educate their staff and prevent this from happening to them. CUSTOMER ORDERED 18 WATT CFL SPIRAL LAMPS.  THEY NEVER EVEN GOT AN INVOICE.  ASK FOR A LOWER WATTAGE THAN HE HAD BEEN USING.  LIKE ANY OF THESE OTHER HOTELS, THEY TEND TO BE SCARED OF THEIR SUPERIORS.       WHEN MDSE COMES IN, THEY LIE AND SAY THEY DIDN'T...

The gentleman that ordered from us, had previously ordered from us before which that invoice had been paid.    When he reordered the current merchandise, we had honored his request and sent it.  Being that he had paid for the previous shipment, he new this shipment wouldn't be...

Gentleman informed us that he was authorized to purchase & requestedLeather Cowhide Gloves in xl/l, so we honored his request and shipped the order.         On 6/20/16, [redacted] Had called and said that they didn't want the gloves, so we sent a return service label (at no charge) so they could return the merchandise free of charge.  On 9/19/16, we had received the box back missing 3 pairs of leather gloves that we had sent in the original shipment.            We had faxed them a revised invoice for the merchandise that was missing..            They responded by saying ''send me an invoice in the mail so we can get you on mail fraud also...              This makes no sense at all.  They stole our merchandise and turned the whole story around..

This is not true. My maintenance man Joel, did NOT order these, I did NOT order these.

First of all, [redacted] just left here today fixing phone issues.Voice mail keeps deleting.We had a phone issue the whole week.  They were putting in [redacted].  We lost our voice mail.  Second of all, This irate womanwants to steal the merchandise. ...

Nobody pays 39.88 for 1000 gloves of this millage.  We are in business to make a profit.  I have to lower my invoicing price to accommodate the lady...    This is not right.  She's had used  the Revdex.com to profit. This is not the first time.  Just to appease her, we had lowered the cost.  She had said, she didn't have the gloves to send back.     This is how they manipulate the system.

TO BEGIN WITH, WE DID NOT CHARGE HIM 575.00. SECONDLY, WHEN THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE DIDN'T WANTTHE GLOVES, WE HAD FAXED HIM A UPS RETURN LABEL TO PICK UP THE MDSE. TO DATE, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MDSE BACK.THIS ORDER DATES BACK TO 10/13/15.
