They are the worst! 2 boxes or garbage bags and one box of disposable gloves $759.40. they want us to pay but we never placed an order! I'll submit a report to the business bureau.

They did the same to us!.

It appears that we are yet another victim of these unscrupulous individuals. We also received a case of gloves that they value at $500.20 but are really worth maybe $200 at best. We didn't order them. A representative of theirs called and told our employee who answered the phone that our shipment was backordered. He then asked the employee's name for his records and has since ordered items three times using that employee's name. They went so far as to look up our employee's home address and phone number to try to convince us that the employee offered such information as part of the order process. What, why would an employee give personal info for a business purchase?! They are truly criminals. I am also still waiting for the RMA they were suppose to fax. Also why do I have to give them a review rating of one star just to post my review. There should be negative stars on here for people like this!

Same as everyone else except the con artist says he was by earlier in the month but missed me. That was lie number one and is grounds for fraud. I did get a call directly from them though asking when I was going to pay the bill for the Chinese made nitrile gloves that the lady on phone said I had ordered. I said I wasn't ever going to pay it because it was a fraudulent transaction that had even crossed state lines. I also told her I had already turned them in to the proper state authorities where I live. She gave me an address to send them back to and I will be doing so today.

This is a scam Like many of the other reviews listed, I too agreed to box of gloves free of charge Instead I received and entire case and an invoice for $ When I called the phone number on the invoice the lady answering the phone simply said "cooperate office", when I asked her to explain my bill she said that the system was down She was, however, very determined to get my credit card information She couldn't even tell me what my total was after I gave her the order number I asked her to give me a call back when the "system" was back up and running

They said they were sending us gloves free of charge instead they sent a case and a bill for $468.65. I never get a response when I call to have this case I did not order picked up.

This company is horrendous. They run a scam where they mail a few light bulbs to hotel, with invoices for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. They are not a legitimate company, and I plan to report them to the authorities.

We had a box of disposable gloves sent to our Grain Elevator that we did not order. Two weeks later an invoice shows up charging us $462.60! I called the telephone number and a girl answers whom is very unprofessional and starts arguing with me about returning the gloves. She said she’s going to send me an RA via fax and she never did. I called the next day and a man answers “Corporate Office” and I tell him he needs to send me the RA because we are NOT paying for these gloves and we did not order them. He says to me “We left early yesterday, I have it right here on my desk, I’ll get it out to you. Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” I haven’t seen a fax yet.
They are shady, shady people who need to get a real job and stop scamming people.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

Review: NorthStar Products sent us a case of leather gloves we did not order then sent us a bill for $500.40

They have not returned phone calls and their fax number seems to be non-operable.

I don't mind just throwing away the invoice and keeping the gloves but do not want to damage our business's credit.Desired Settlement: Take back the gloves and the charges.

Review: On October 15, Northstar sent unauthorized light bulbs to my hotel via way of telling our Chief Engineer they were sending out a 'sample' product. Then, we received a bill for $402.05 for the unordered products. The product has since been sent back to the bogus company, who listed the actual street address of theirbusiness as: [redacted], Unit #*, [redacted], PA [redacted]. In doing a Google maps search, this is a home address in a single-dwelling residence. I have called and spoken wit [redacted] in AR at the number listed several times. I am not willing to pay a 10% 'restocking' fee to any company who isn't authorized to sell products any certainly doesn't have the authority to bill me for overpriced light bulbs.

In talking with "[redacted]" on the phone today, it was apparent this is a bogus company who makes their living fast-talking and calling on hotel maintenance men.Desired Settlement: I will not be paying any re-stocking fees for products that were not ordered in the first place. I also would like this company to pay for my Federal Express charges to send the unauthorized products back to their home.

Review: This company ships products without them being ordered. When I sent them a fax stating I did not order the products and they were scamming people, I recieved a call from a very rude gentlman yelling about us lying. He was completely unprofessional and I would warn people not to give out any information when this company calls asking questions. They will send you products you don't need or use and then bill you for them.

Review: Northstar Products Inc called our place of business asking for the maintenance managers name. They then deliver and invoice for items not ordered, in this case, light bulbs that we cannot use. The invoice has a former employee's name on it and they insist he placed the order even though he is not authorized to order anything per our company policy. I offered to return the item when it was first received, the very rude man, who says his name was Bill W[redacted], told me not to bother. A year later I receive notification from a [redacted] Attorneys At Law stating that they have been hired to collect on our account.Desired Settlement: I will not pay for items involved in a scam that I know were not ordered by my organization.

Review: A salesman called, said he would like our Co-ops business. He asked me some questions about what we all do and how everything was going in the area involving field crops. After talking with this guy for about 15 min. he says he wants to send me a free package of Anhydrous Ammonia (NH3) gloves for taking the time to talk to him and possibly get business though him in the future. A couple days later a box is delivered from [redacted]. Its a box from Northstar Products, its was a larger box than I was expecting. I opened the box to find out there are 36 pairs of NH3 gloves in the box. Thought that was real generous of them! 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail from them and it has an invoice inside of it charging me for the gloves! 1 case of Anhydrous Ammonia gloves for $466.20 + tax, for a total of $489.90

I called them and talked to a receptionist and told her what was going on and she told me that the person I needed to talk to was on another call at the moment and that he would call me back shortly. I never got a call back.

If I had known that he was going to be sending a bill for the gloves I would of told him I was not interested. I can go though my normal parts and service company and get the same exact gloves for $105.48

I checked out a few different companies that we have ordered supplies from and all of them were between $100.00-$155.00 for that amount of the same gloves.

Their sales rep. is scamming people offering them free stuff when its not actually free and highly over charging for the product.Desired Settlement: Have a carrier pick up the product at their expense and take it back. Also not to ever contact us about their services again.
