Northstar Products

On 09/22/2022 I purchased 3 light bulb security cameras for $117.00 from Northstar Products Inc. Had to send them back but in doing so and informing them via email of this, their answer was: The email [email protected] didn't pull up for anything in our system. Since I purchased these through PayPal, I notified them of the problem. Northstar did send me an offer to give me 25% and I simply keep the box plus they did give me a return address. There was something fishy about this whole thing so I ask them to explain the exact amount I would be refunded. They did not answer. I decided to send the cameras back which I did and re-notified PayPal of my actions and of their responses. PayPal opened a case and notified Northstar via email. I should receive an answer by the 21st. Totally suspicious so we will see. If I do receive the full refund, I'll let you all know. If not, I'll let PayPal handle it from then on and will also let you all know of the outcome.

The Rep never said We were sending a FREE box of gloves When the customer called stating they didn't want the gloves, we issued a return service label to pick the gloves up free of charge We're only trying to get paid for the merchandise that they used We did nothing wrong

The gentleman that ordered from us, had previously ordered from us before which that invoice had been paid When he reordered the current merchandise, we had honored his request and sent it Being that he had paid for the previous shipment, he new this shipment wouldn't be for free Now [redacted] , who wasn't involved in the transactions files a complaint with the Revdex.comWhy?

It doesn't matter to me, if he wants to believe whatever he wants nobody cares.We don't send anything without authorization He new he ordered

First of all, [redacted] just left here today fixing phone issues.Voice mail keeps deleting.We had a phone issue the whole week They were putting in *** We lost our voice mail Second of all, This irate womanwants to steal the merchandise Nobody pays for gloves of this millage We are in business to make a profit I have to lower my invoicing price to accommodate the lady This is not right She's had used the Revdex.com to profitThis is not the first time Just to appease her, we had lowered the cost She had said, she didn't have the gloves to send back This is how they manipulate the system

This company is horrendousThey run a scam where they mail a few light bulbs to hotel, with invoices for hundreds and hundreds of dollarsThey are not a legitimate company, and I plan to report them to the authorities

They said they were sending us gloves free of charge instead they sent a case and a bill for $I never get a response when I call to have this case I did not order picked up
