In looking into Ms***'s complaint, some of her issues are not matching what we have on fileIn particular, her first complaint about the gas service being interrupted due to an employee of Quail Run turning it offI spoke with Oklahoma
Natural Gas on 9/8/while looking into this complaintThey told me that on 7/18/they received a call for no gas from Ms***Although they could verify gas was on in the unit, since there was no hot water they sent a tech out to check to make sure the pilot light on the water heater was not stuck onThe tech in his notes wrote "arrived at unit to check on hot water tankNo one homeClosed and sealed gas meter as per our emergency protocol"After looking into the gas complaint, my next concern was that Ms*** had called our offices and had not been able to speak with anyoneIn particular, Ms*** said she had left a message with *** ***I spoke with *** ***, Area Supervisor for Northstar Properties, and she said in fact she had spoken to Ms*** several months ago (well before Ms*** issuing the complaint)Of the phone calls/work orders Ms*** cites in her complaint, all but two were addressed and resolved within daysOnly two, the window issue and toilet issue, were notWe will address those issues internally and use them as opportunities to improve our customer service

I was not aware that I only had a certain time to reply to the Business Response but I have been very sick and can now replyNorthstar Properties claims that everything that they have done has been up to policy and done correctlyThat is untrueNorthstar Properties says that the one and only time that I have been without my hot water working was when I first moved in and that it a lieI went without hot water in the middle of winter for days and again just months ago when my hot water tank was broke for daysEven after the maintenance "fixed" it they failed to do a leak test so I had a gas leak in my house that couldn't be fixed until an ONG personel could come to my apartment but should have been avoided because the maintenance have a manual that they showed me that says they are required to do a leak testAnother thing that Northstar Properties claims is that all my work orders have been fixed properly in a timely matter which is a lieI put in at least work orders about having no air flow to my bedroom and it wasn't until a year later almost that they finally had an actual AC company come out which realized that my air duct in the ceiling was not even connectedTherefore concluding that my air was flowing into the roof for a year that should have been fixed a long time agoNorthstar properties also claims that I have only called their office, specifically *** ***, one time and spoke to her that one timeIn actuality I have called more times than countable and have printed phone records to prove itI have not spoken to *** *** since The offices and business that Northstar Properties is running is completely unacceptable and they do not care about their residentsI sent a letter to *** *** through *** in my property office and never received a response, until after I filed a Revdex.com complaintWhen they did respond they tried to trick me into signing a concession that in fine print stated that if I do sign the paper they are forever released of any wrongdoing or legal actionThat statement had never been on a concession beforeI have had my complaints ignored and ignored too many times and it just proves that this business does not care about the residents that live on their propertiesI have been asking for new carpet in my apartment on the staircase because mine was just coming apart and they have done nothingI think that it is totally unacceptable to treat people like they do not matterI have pictures, work orders(ALL OF THEM), phone records to prove that this business does not act as they say and I will not stand back and let them portray themselves as a policy following and caring businessThese apartments are not up to code on safety I am sureI have a huge wall in my utility closet with wires and hoses just hanging everywhere that I am sure if I called the Health Department they would back me up 100%My neighbor downstairs called in his ceiling having a leak and it was coming from my apartmentWhen they came to apartment to fix the leaks original point they said it was because my AC inside coil was extremely dirty just A WEEK after supposedly Brent, the maintenance supervisor, came to clean out my whole AC systemThere is no telling how long my AC inside unit has been leakingI feel that my safety is at risk because these apartments are falling apart on the outsideThere are stone sections to the outer side of the apartments and they are falling down randomly and the apartments are telling the residents that they cannot fix them until after they fallThat is so unsafe and very unprofessionalI want something to be done because this is a corrupted business that is getting away with doing nothing for their residents
