Review: I requested a refund from Northstar because services rendered by one of their Vets were non satisfactory.

What had happened was the vet pointed out several problems with my pet however was unable to make a diagnosis. I had to go back at a later date to see a more skilled vet who could actually determine what the problems were. So I was charged twice for one service. I was told by their representative that she would get back to me asap. She never did and it has been several weeks. She was extremely rude and condescending. She tried to speak to me as though I were her child at one point.Desired Settlement: I want a refund from this vet for the visit on Aug 6 which resulted in a charge of $103.00. I'd rather them offer the credit than I just dispute it with my credit card company.
