Review: [redacted] and I brought car batterys to recycle and they said a check would be mailed in 3 days its been weeks and no check.Desired Settlement: I want the check and I don't want to have to drive 70 miles each way to get it.

Sorry you feel this way. We dont control the mail. if it gets returned to us, we have no way of contacting customers to let them know that mail was returned. You do what you feel you have to. Thank you for your business.

I am rejecting this response because: "Seems all I have to do is make an excuse and call it done and do nothing to serve the customer after you get what you want just say "'too bad" and Im sorry" how much are you all pulling in off the books doing this to honest people? Can I really " do what I need to do" ? I don't think you'd like that much but if that's what you insists on doing, I can cheat and do bad things and make excuses too. I have nothing to lose such a s a business how far do youy wanna take this over fifty dollars you are stealing from me and I wonder how many others ?? Yes I reject your excuse and insistsance that no further action is required, I am starting to think this is how you do business to get a few more percent at the end of the year and I am here to call you a Liar, a cheat, and a thief.

So we mailed the check out again on MAY 20, 2015. And again it was returned to us. As this is the 2nd attempt, the customer needs to come and pick the check up. WE are sorry for any inconvience this has caused. Again, We are not responsible for the post office's actions. Thank you!!

I am rejecting this response because: so I can spend as much as that check is worth to come get it, makes no sense unless that's the plan from the beginning funny how 10 yrs that address works [redacted] seems to work for thousands of other people handy to be able to just keep making excuses and keeping the money after someone went to all the trouble and work to deliver something you wanted and make a profit off of, yet the " little guys" that make it possible are ripped off and shoved aside, I wont be doing anymore biz with northstate and to go thru all this to rip off a measley 50 dollars is a weak and cheap hustle, I wish you well in your " endeavors" and leave you to God, the Ultimate Authority.
