Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company left out the fact that I went to the shop to pick up my vehicle six times before I could finally take it home I drove over an hour each way when they called me and told me that my vehicle was completed Once I arrived and went over the vehicle with one of their associates, something was not completed or completed poorly I don't know how a business like this would attempt to deliver a vehicle to a customer without properly completing, and before carefully going over it before calling a customer to pick up their vehicle Not good service I did get two estimates on the current issue which they claim there's nothing wrong, but if the shop can identify the issue and give me an estimate to to the job, something is wrong When the manager offered to invite or meet with a paint rep, and when I told him to set up a meeting, he refused and told me that he was not going to the work because it would entail too much work for what he considered "something minor" In regards to the wheel damage, the tires on the vehicle were the original, as the vehicle has low mileage When he took a look at the damage with me, he stated that the damage to one of the wheels is definitely due to tires being changed The only time my tires were changed was during their possession and as part of the total repair from their shop I did tell them that we were aware of damage to one of the wheels, as we caused the damage, but the second wheel was damage while they worked on the vehicle I have pictures from all the poor work they performed every time, and I can add the photos to this complaint if needed The company needs to resolve this issue rather than using excuses The first excuse that they gave me regarding the discussing interior and over spray on my vehicle was that they had a detailer that did a terrible job and they had to fire this person First of all, that's something they shouldn't be telling customers about employees they fire, if it is true And second, I shouldn't have to be the victim dealing with these issues of a bad employee This issue needs to be corrected I still have another area on the vehicle that they did not properly fix, but I dread dealing with them because I don't know what else could go wrong with my vehicle Good companies resolve this the proper way and take care of their customers Where do I need to go next to handle this?

We are in receipt of the complaint captioned above regarding the collision repairs to Mr. ***'s vehicle. At Mr. ***'s request, [redacted] , the Collision Manager and I met with him on September 9th to inspect the vehicle. We found road tar on the vehicle which we removed. Two wheels on the... vehicle have been "curbed", damaging both. Mr. [redacted] stated on September 9th that he damaged one and one happened while the vehicle was in our possession, but he does not know which is which. Both damaged wheels exhibit salt corrosion in the damaged areas, indicating that both occurred while road salt was present. As a goodwill gesture we offered to have them repaired at no cost to Mr. ***, with no guarantee of an exact color match on either wheel. Mr. [redacted] declined. As we do not acknowledge responsibility for the damaged wheel, we will not be replacing it or providing cash compensation. The "pearl" finish Mr. [redacted] refers to is a 3/4' x 3" area inside the trunk area and is part of the right rear quarter panel repaired as a part of the collision services. Mr. [redacted] and I both inspected the panel in Mr. ***'s presence and find no evidence of any problem or concern. Given that the entire quarter panel was painted at the same time and given that the tri-coat components are suspended in the paint applied to the entire panel, a lack of "pearl" in a 3/4" by 3" area is unlikely to impossible. If Mr. [redacted] has a certified statement from an *- [redacted] certified refinisher stating that the quarter panel repairs are sub-standard, we are happy to review it with them and to have technical specialists present from [redacted] , the manufacturer of the finish. The collision repairs in question were paid for by [redacted] Insurance, not Mr. ***. Northtown Collision will not be issuing a refund, however we have issued a statement of lifetime warranty on the repairs. Sincerely, [redacted] Director, Fixed Operations Northtown Automotive Companies [redacted] @northwonauto.com
