We have spoken with the customer and upon completion of the test if it does not pass Toyota has said they will cover the repair. Jennifer *** Business Development Manager

This above case has been thoroughly discussed with the managers involved. The car came in with multiple scratched on it. We repaired as many of them that we could and we feel that was above and beyond what the vehicle came in for. We
did touch up the scratch on the hood to the best of our ability. All of these repairs were done at no cost to the customer. We have done all we can to provide this customer with a satisfactory resolution. We do need to schedule a time to apply the glass coat for the customer. It does need to me dropped off for the day.
