I want to give this place no stars but unfortunately I don't have that option. This dude has had my tv FOR OVER A YEAR. Every time I call and ask for an update he says "oh I haven't touched it yet. I'll open it up and let you know. I'll call you tomorrow." Tomorrow never comes. Seriously, DON'T take your TV here.

I am unable to get any information on my television that I dropped off to them 2 1/2 months ago.On October 23rd I called them to see if hey could fix my TV a Proscan 32 in flat screen. They told me that they would have to look at it but they probably could fix it. I took it to them in October 25th. When I dropped it off and paid the $30.00 deposit I was told that I would receive a call by the following Wednesday. The following Wednesday I did not receive at all and I called the following Friday. And every other Friday there after. After a month and half I even stopped by and the doors were locked so I left a note to have someone call me and no one called. Every time I'd call I would get the run around from the person I need to talk to is not here call back, to I have to look at it and call you back. I stopped again in December and the two employees in the building to me they couldn't locate my TV but call back next week. On Friday January 10th I called and really had enough and wouldn't you know it I was told he would call back by 5. I left home at 5:15 and returned after 6pm and there was a voice mail from Northway at 5:55 saying he was returning my call and about to leave for the day and to call him Monday. I called Monday at 10:30 am and the run around starts again! Whomever answered the phone says I need to call back around noon. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have never seen nor heard of such foolishness. Desired SettlementI want my TV fixed if they can't fix just tell me and give my television back in the condition that it was in, not worse off. And if they can't not fix it I want my deposit back and some kind of compensation since I've been without my TV for so long.Business Response Mr. [redacted]'s Television had an intermittent problem which would not occur on a regular basis. Sourcing the part (main board) needed for his TV, was unsuccessful due to the Manufacturer not supplying parts. We attempted to Component Level Repair the board, but were unsuccessful due to a lack of service literature. We returned Mr. [redacted]'s TV back to him in the same condition as we received it. We also provided a diagnosis of the TV, and refunded Mr. [redacted] his checkout/evaluation fee of $30.00.

Northway TV was paid 300.00 to repair a receiver and after delivering to me it was not repaired . It was given back in May and still not repaired.I paid Northway tv 300.00 to repair a broken stereo receiver. They returned it to me still broken the last of May. When I paid them it was told to me that it was repaired but it was not. Mr. [redacted] came back and picked up my stereo receiver to take it back to the shop to repair again. This was again the last of May. I have numerous times in August sent Mr. [redacted] messages to him by texting him asking him to update me on the status. He ignores my requeast. The last of August I sent to him a message telling him just to refund my 300 dollars along with my receiver and I will send it elsewhere. Still no reply from Mr.[redacted]. Last week I went to his place of business and told his father whom works there to tell him to please refund my money and receiver. As of now I still have had no reply from him.Desired Settlementrefund my $300.00 along with my receiver
