At this time, I have been contacted directly by Northwell Health Physicians Partners? regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was sent ANOTHER bill, and contacted them and my (now former) health insurance company to enquire
as to their payment statusMy insurer reports having paid them $8,+ dollars ? (which far exceeds the bills I have been sent ) - the cheque cleared on Jan ***, & which Northwell claims only covers the facility fees - having never seen this part of the statement, I cannot ascertain what was actually covered by this paymentThey requested I wait ANOTHER thirty days so they could ? catch up with their own paper trail, but I do not believe any such attempt is being madeThey also requested a third copy of my insurance card be faxed to them (which I have done), but have made no reply as to whether they received itI will have to add the relevant files at a later date, as they are a full state away & somewhat out of reach at the moment.?

My insurer reports having paid them $8,000 + dollars  (which far exceeds the bills I have been sent ) - the cheque cleared on Jan [redacted], & which Northwell claims only covers the facility fees - having never seen this part of the statement, I cannot ascertain what was actually covered by this payment. They requested I wait ANOTHER thirty days so they could  catch up with their own paper trail, but I do not believe any such attempt is being made.
