is clear evidence of inconsistencies and information that our attorneys have advised us to keep private for legal purposes until addressed in the lawsuit Mrs*** has filed in regards to this complaint against Northwest Arbor-Culture Inc
Following the email received on February 8th, from Mrs ***, Northwest Arbor-Culture Inc. immediately scheduled a meeting with our team about the Mrs***'s claims and concluded the damages Mrs*** is accusing our crew of are and inconsistentAdditionally, Northwest Arbor-Culture Inchas contacted local bee experts and shared Mrs***'s claim to receive expert consultation on this matter.
On February 12th 2016, Mrs*** was finally able to schedule a time to meet at her home with Jonathan N*** to evaluate the claim of damages to her hivesIn arriving, MrN*** gathered multiple pictures of what appeared to be the result of Mrs*** oddly deconstructing her hives and exposing honey comb and the interiors of the boxes to the outside elementsMrN*** asked Mrs*** why she had laid a honey comb up against the other hives, being exposed to hard rainMrs*** claimed she was feeding the honey comb to her other bees (that at this time are not active)When MrN*** asked Mrs*** why she had torn apart the other hives, Mrs*** became very hostile and aggravated, raising her voice and saying "You can't just leave the hives out here to mold Jon!"Following Mrs*** becoming very frustrated and yelling at MrN*** for asking questions about circumstances of the situation and the current conditions of the hives, Mrs*** went in to her home and refused to continue to talk to MrN***
Northwest Arbor-Culture Inchas now been issued a lawsuit by Mrs*** in regards to this complaintSince this matter has been brought to the District Court of Washington County, would the Revdex.com agree that it is in the best interest of both parties to refrain from any further dialogue on this matter until resolved in the court of law? If not, Northwest Arbor-Culture Incis happy to answer all reasonable questions to protect our reputation from this claim
