At this time, I have been contacted directly by Aamco regarding complaint ID 11023811, however my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseBecause this business is a franchise, I was contacted by somebody in corporate who was at this location to shut it downI did get my car serviced under
warranty after having it sent to another Aamco that was nearest meThey corrected the current issue, but for how long will this last? This is nothing new; part gets replaced under warranty only to have the same problem in a few months, this is the fourth timeAlso, since the Franchise was shut down in Slidell, La, I'm now stuck with an out of pocket expense that I'm told I must go after the franchisee to seek resolution for, who is now out of businessWith this being said, I feel as though only half of my complaint was handled
