warranty according to the law which is days or miles from the purchase date whichever comes firstBuyer claims to have come back within three weeks from date of purchase for issues coming up with the vehicle, however January 26th is when Dealer Rep came in contact with buyer and his wife for the first time since the purchase of the vehicle regarding this issue, this is well pass three months from date of sale not three weeks and not only that but the vehicle is showing 7,miles more than it had at the time of sale this is not near the miles that state requires a used car dealer to warranty vehiclesBuyer brought with him at this time an estimate of repairs from a repair facility, I am sending a copy of this diagnostics along with this letter, and you can see in this document that the technician states nothing was found to be wrong with the vehicleThe Customer states they r charging him $for repairs needed but actually this charge would be not to repair the vehicle but to tear the engine down to search for any problems that they are not able to find, this being said we found there is no issue to address with the vehicle and if anything is to come up with the vehicle it is well pass its time and mileage of warranty and this is the reason North West Auto Sales LLC is taking no action to repair or pay for any repairs done to the vehicle, it's not that we don't stand behind the vehicles we sell or the warranty we have to offer to the consumer but we can only make repairs or pay for repairs for a set timeNorthwest Auto Sales LLC just like any other independent dealer in the state of New Mexico CANNOT give warranty for an undefined time or mileage on any vehicleSincerely,Northwest Auto Sales LLC

There was nothing wrong with the vehicle at the time of the sale I am out of business due to people not paying Our business is closed I have not heard anything from this consumer Anyway the purchase was "as is" We are closed for business

Review: My family and I waited for over 4 weeks before receiving the title and only after threatening to involve the sheriff. Upon receiving the title, my name was misspelled and we were told that if we fixed the problem he ([redacted]) would refund us the money; needless to say he never did. The cost of the title was included in the sale of the car and we are still waiting for the $**.** check. [redacted] has since stopped taking my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I simply want the money which was promised to me in the sum of $**.**
