Illegal business practices by Northwest Auto Loan, I purchased a car there in NOVEMBER 2019, I have a loan on it thru Credit Concepts, I have been carrying and paying insurance on the car, making my payments on the car. The temp tag that AJ gave me has been expired since December 2019 I have been calling him and he says *** happens and will get it to me, Today I decided to trade the car in and get a new car my balance on the loan today was 4170.88 this is after I put the 2000 cash down at the dealership with AJ
PROBLEM is the dealership never perfected the title and I am not the registered owner of the car. 7 months later and I still don't have it registered in my name, it is a ladidys name *** in kent. This is illegal and the state requires that a title be perfected in 45 days. How many other people as Northwest Auto Loan done this to? I cant even trade the car in. I contacted the AJ and he said life happens and he will get to it Thursday. Now the bank is calling me and saying they will have it in my name today. FIRST OF all this is illegal. and how can I trade a car that I have owned for over 7 months that not in my name ????

Loan paid off

I am a consumer with not a big income that is dealing with an auto fraud situation and have serious problem that needs to be resolved. I purchased a car in November 2018 from Northwest Auto Loans at 3718 S Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98405 from the owner/manager AJ. This car was problematic from the third day after I bought it. The car started overheating and it leaked water heavily through the window on the right side. They took the car and said they repaired the issue however I continued to have problems and it never stopped leaking. I continued to express my frustration to them through communications and after a months of pouring buckets of coolant into my car and dealing with the leak I had the car looked at by *** in Kent WA because it started showing engine lights. The result was that the car had serious problems with the engine and would require approximately 3,000.00 in repairs. I called Northwest Auto Loans and the owner/Manager AJ said they would take care of it. So I went back to them and after some discussion I expressed that I did not want this vehicle anymore so AJ agreed they would take the car back as a trade in on another car and payoff what was owed on the initial car they sold me. I found a different vehicle on the lot and AJ said they needed to make some money from it so they raised the price 1,000.00 on me and I paid another 1500 down on the new car. I was willing to do this because for me to remain employed I need a vehicle. It is essential because I provide social services outreach in three counties. AJ never paid off the first car and I started getting collection calls from after two months payments were missed. I contacted Northwest Auto Loans and AJ claimed they must not have ever received a check he sent and over six months has gone by without him paying it off. Nationwide is now planning on repossesion and there is now a possibility that AJ and Northwest auto has already sold the car to another person.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have accepted in the past when they stated that they had sent a check and they did not send the payoff as expected but sent an amount that was not sufficient and the Nationwide Acceptance financiers business returned the payment. I have filed a case with the Attorney General and they filed a case against this business with the DOL.WA DOL Case ***. I spoke to Nationwide and they have not received a payment nor has the department of Licensing received a notice that this vehicle is not in my name anymore. I will not accept anything from this business until I receive notice from Nationwide Acceptance Corp. that this car has had the payoff amount paid in full. That it!

Sincerely

The payment was not returned for me from nationwide I sent the additional payment to pay the vehicle off

#1 YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT SECURE WITH THESE FOLKS!!! During a struggle to get my lisence plates AJ text me a photo of someone elses payroll statement from *** in ***. This coming after he told me he thought he had sent me a picture of my license plates. So who knows who he sent the picture he resent me, of my full registration and personal information to before that. Why sending me pictures I didn't ask for. Just text your plates are here. I text.."Dude you need to take a breath, slow down, get organized and pray you find some competent help. You made very serious mistake and sent me someone's pay record. That also really scares me who you sent picture of my registration with my full name and address to when you thought you sent it to me." AJ's response text was.." Do you know what you're absolutely right so come get your plate I don't wanna make another mistake with you." I was trying to be nice. Thought he was overwhelmed. I can see from comments this is just how he does things. AJ went the extra mile to make his sale. Very cordial. Even shared a story of personnel first car buying experience being a lemon and how he just wants to help others not go through that. After sale is secured it goes seriously down hill. Check engine light was on. So didn't take vehicle home first day. He was just certain was O2 censor . Next evening picked vehicle up check engine light came back on after driving one mile. Called and let him know. Brought back vehicle on weekend. Again he say O2 censor will have replaced (of course it actually has 4 of them) . That evening I called to see if Xterra is ready. He said it was hours ago. Ok guess Im supposed to be psychic . This time he showed me reciept of O2 part purchase, (no documentation of install) and had me sign papers concern addressed and no further service will be provided. Made it 2 miles check engine light back on. I still haven't had time to have a diagnostic ran. Then the plates. I had to work MLK Jr day so forgot holiday and called re:plates . My pass to exprire in 3 days. He sais would call me next day, Tuesday. No call. I call Wednesday. He had not even ordered them. So I asked had been a month why wait til last minute to order? He gave excuse odometer reading hadn't been filled out on title and had to go *** to have previous people sign etc. He says plates ordered can pick up next day. I go after work in rush hour taking me 45 minutes to get there. He says they didn't come in. All I could say was wow, thanks good to know before I made trip and turned away. He then asks what Im doing Saturday. I say will be home mostly knitting hat orders. My phone is with me at all times. He said will have gal (forgot name) bring them to me. Apparently hired back gal he said fired before, that was incompetent , always called out Mondays and showed up with hangovers. Told me this in one of his woe is me excuses. So Saturday I wait at home all day. Come 4:30 have heard nothing and I need to run errands. I call. . He says sent me picture of the plates. I remind him of what he said and that my time is money too. He gets snarky, and says won't give excuses then proceeds how he was sick other night etc.and then hangs up on me. I call back he won't answer. Then I get text of picture of my registration rubberbanded on plates . Then texts. AJ : "I apologize for any inconvenience I offered to drop them off this evening on my way home if that works for you thank you again. "Me:"Exactly when this evening? It is 5 pm now." No answer 2 min later me:" I have to pick my friend up from airport and take them home to Tacoma tomorrow evening . Could be there about 8:30 pm. ( I offered this because when buying car he said lives around corner. He met us after business hours when first showed vehicle) Does that work better for you?" 5 minutes later me: " ?????? another 4 minutes AJ Yes sorry " Me Ok. I will call when we get close. Sunday evening I arrive early at 7. Tried to call and text. See if he can come or if we should have dinner and come back. Waited half hour no response. My friend calls from hih phone. Then AJ calls friend right back. Tells him plates are in a car . AJ then texts me. "I left them in car next too door . We are closed on Sunday." Me: "Yes well it is what you agreed to for your convience to not drive to Federal Way. Didn't tell me would be in a car. Got them thank you. " AJ: "I can't deal with your sarcasm you didn't tell me what time you were coming you didn't tell me what time or anything you didn't plan anything today I'm off down with my family so I try to have them delivered to you yesterday but I didn't have a definite time this is been I just" ...That has been the end of my communications with him. Throught it all I never so much as raised my voice. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

On 12/3 bought a car and traded in my van. per our contract he was to pay the balance on the loan. He advised my payoff was ***. He has sent one check to Reliable of $1800.00 on 1/14/20 after numerous calls from myself and Reliable Credit. On 1/17/20 he advised that he was sending in a check and was working with Manager Juan at Reliable. Juan provided the address to send the check for the payoff. The remaining balance of the loan has yet to be paid and he already sold the van without the title as Reliable still has the title since the loan is still open. It is now 1/29/20 and the loan is still not paid and he is not responding to my voicemails or texts. The loan company advised that my payment is 2 months late I already have another open loan for the vehicle I purchased at the dealership. There has also been no more communication to Reliable from the dealership(***) since 1/17/20. I had to pay reliable credit $190.00 as he did not call at the time of purchase and trade to get a payoff amount. The $190.00 was the amount the dealership said I owed compared to what Reliable said I owed.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response he never paid the full amount off he only paid 4,900 and the payoff was 4988.00. I had to pay the remainder 89.00 as I was tired of dealing with his illegal antics also I never refused to sign the authorization for payoff. Nw auto loan refused to send me the paper advising that my loan company is to provide that which I have emails and texts to prove this.

Customer Response • Feb 24, 2020

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:the authorization for payoff was a form the dealership was supposed to provide. Also he was supposed to pay 4989.00 on the loan and he only paid 4900. I had to pay the remaining balance on the loan as he was refusing to pay or provide an authorization of payoff. If he has not recieved the title that's between him and the loan company as I have already taken care of things on my end.

These guys are AMAZING and beyond helpful, I recently had to assist my Ex husband in finding a reliable car so that he could function in life for our daughter. He had fell on some hard times and had a limited amount of money to work with. We had dealt with scams on Offer Up and had a headache trying to find something safe and reliable. I called up Adrian to inquire about an Acura they had listed on ***. Adrian was very forthright and even made the deal work out in such a wonderful way! I will be referring everyone to these guys from here on out! He even went the extra mile to show his accreditation with the Revdex.com which shows the integrity and awesome level of service they strive to provide the Greater Tacoma area! Thanks Guys

Bought a vehicle in mid July. Got to the date temporary tag expired and called lot and spoke to the owner about when I’d receive plates. Got told he’d forgot them on his desk and they’d be in the mail. Call back the next week and some other issue had come up. Told I could not receive a temporary tag because he lost the title to the vehicle and original temporary was for another vehicle which he had sitting on the lot. Unknown to me until I’d called the credit union. Spoke to him October 2nd and was told they were in the mail. Called department of licensing and told they hadn’t even arrived to the dealership. On day 30 of renting a car from a family friend until paperwork situation is resolved.

Plates mailed to customer

I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM NORTHWEST AUTO LOANS ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO. AT THE TIME MY BROTHER HAD PASSED AND I WAS PREPARING FOR HIS FUNERAL. THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY CALLED, THREATENED AND HARASSED ME ON A DAILY BASIS CONCERNING THE VEHICLE I HAD PURCHASED. HE EVEN SENT HIS GANG MEMBERS TO MY HOUSE IN AN ATTEMPT TO RETRIEVE MY VEHICLE THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM FOR CLAIMING THAT I HAD NOT BEEN APPROVED FOR THE CAR. ALTHOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM AND HAD GIVEN HIM A VEHICLE AS A TRADE IN. NOW IT HAS BEEN OVER 45 DAYS AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE TAGS FOR MY CAR AND IM UNABLE TO DRIVE IT . I WENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO GET A COPY OF MY TAGS SINCE THE OWNER REFUSED TO GIVE THEM TO ME. I WAS INFORMED THAT HE DIDNT TRANSFER THE CAR TO MY NAME AND I WAS UNABLE TO RETRIEVE THEM. I CONTACTED THE FINANCE COMPANY IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER YET NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE OWNER IS NOW CLAIMING THAT HE PURCHASED INSURANCE FOR MY CAR BUT HE HAS YET TO PROVIDE ME WITH PROOF OF THAT. HE CLAIMS THAT IS NOW THE REASON FOR HIM WITH HOLDING MY TAGS FOR MY CAR HOWEVER HE HARASSED ME FOR DAYS CLAIMING I HAD TO GET FULL COVERAGE FOR THE CAR WHICH I DID DO. IF HE HAD PURCHASED THE INSURANCE FOR MY CAR WHY WOULD I HAVE TO TAKE OUT ANOTHER FULL COVERAGE POLICY FOR THE SAME TIME PERIOD. THIS MAN CONTINUES TO BAD MOUTH ME TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND FOR WHAT REASON I DO NOT KNOW. I BELIEVE THAT ITS BECAUSE I AM A GAY BLACK MALE AND HE HAS ISSUES WITH THAT. I HAVE CONTACTED A NEWS CHANNEL REPORTER TO HELP ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY AND TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO ANOTHER VICTIM .

We mailed plates to customer one week prior to filed complaint.Hopefully this resolves any issues.

The day I purchased the vehicle I had issues with it, I had to stay at the dealership and wait for my vehicle to be fixed across the street for tire rotation , o2 sensor due to when I test drive the check engine light came on before I got back to dealership. I did not leave with my car the day of purchase because the shop didn’t have the piece needed so I had to leave with a loaner car until the next day. I picked my car up the next day, a few days later my car shut down and would not start. I let AJ know he had the GPS people come check it out because he said they may have messed something up with the battery. They came out jump started it and left. After they left it would not start again. AJ came out later that night and did a battery swap. My car was running again. Days later my car would not start again I let AJ know they he said it’s the alternator. He had a man come to my home and put in a used alternator and put my old battery back and I sent the new one with the man that out the alternator in due to AJ saying it was alternator not battery. The car ran for about 45-60 days after. Then again 2 days ago my check engine & 4 wheel drive sensor came on, then shortly after my battery light & brake light came on with flickering lights. I went to auto zone had them check why the check engine was on. Their system came up with several maintenance issues(I have the paper) later that day it shut down on me again. I let AJ know it’s giving me the same issues from when I first got the car he had it towed to he claims to a shop to get fixed. When asked what was the shop info he said no worries he will call when they call him and let me know. He called me later that day and said it was the Serpentine belt and it was replaced. He said he is going to pick it up and come get it from his shop and pay him $100 when I get there. I did that and later that evening my check engine was back on. I advised and he said they checked it out and it drove ok. Now he won’t respond anymore

I am rejecting this response because:My car is not fixed my check engine light is on still till this day, now when I start the car put my foot on the brake to put it in gear it will not go it’s just stuck. I was sitting stuck somewhere until I pushed it down with a key on the gear panel. I have to do that now in order to switch gears. As I stated before he put the car in shop the day I got it at the lot & I couldn’t get it until the next day. My car repairs are not complete. I believe the transmission is going out I can not switch gears when I start my car. I need this car fixed it is going out. I am not satisfied I should be making car payments on a reliable car. This has been an horrible experience with this lot. It is only getting worse the car is giving out. I need my repairs done ASAP

Customer withdrew complaint,Happy now.

I bought a car August 1st, 2018 from AJ and Eli over at Northwest Autoloan. On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning.

The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local *** and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this!

And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on *** and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. After reading several other reviews from several different sites, I came to the conclusion that this is how this company operates their business.
I was told when I purchased this vehicle that it had just been serviced and it did an oil change on the day of purchase. I have called everyday from August 8th until today August 16th. The only call answered was on the first day. Scattered texts for a week giving no real answer or solution, just enough information to keep me wondering. Well I am done wondering and waiting.

This vehicle was properly inspected and serviced prior to sale unfortunately the customer has an issue with it car.The customer and I resolved the issue and I paid for part of the repairs.

I purchased a 2008 Subaru Legacy from this dealer at a price of $5,885 after tax, title and license. It was advertised as being in good running condition with an unbranded title (clean title) and no defects aside from general wear and tear on the interior and some scuff marks. I asked for the CarFax no less than 3 times during the sales process and was told every time that they would email me a copy. After the purchase, they refused to show me the report. So, I went through AutoCheck and got a report on the vehicle. This report showed that the vehicle did in fact have a title brand and had been in a serious accident resulting in frame damage that was also reported on the title. According to the report, this information was disclosed to the dealership at the auction where the purchased the vehicle. Additionally, during my inspection of the car I noticed an odd noise. The sales representative assured me that the vehicle had been inspected and serviced by a mechanic and that it was not a major issue. Immediately after purchasing the vehicle I had it taken to a mechanic for a tune up (always a good idea after purchasing a used vehicle), and was informed that the engine has internal issues resulting in a need for total engine replacement. Essentially, the car was a total loss before it ever left the lot.

Customer purchased a vehicle declined an extended service contract with a clean Carfax according to the lending institution *** Credit Union. The car does not have a branded title the car has a clean Carfax and a clean title.

Customer Response • Sep 14, 2018

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:For one, Northwest Auto Loan never released the title to *** Credit Union. So saying that the title is "clean" does not go into detail regarding every report associated with the title. Even after the 45 day period allowed by the DOL, Northwest Auto Loan has still not released the title. I checked with both the bank and the DOL, and the title paperwork has yet to be started. On top of this, the vehicle did sustain unibody/frame damage. This is evidenced in the attached AutoCheck report very clearely (shown on Page 3, and reported to the dealer at the time of purchase at the auction as shown on page 6) This compromises the safety of the vehicle and diminishes the value of the vehicle by 30%-70% without considering the underlying mechanical issues that were present at and prior to the time of purchase. Those mechanical issues alone were equal to or greater than the value of the vehicle. For more information on undisclosed frame damage see the following link: http://lemonlawautofraud.com/undisclosedconcealed-frame-damage

Sincerely

These guys are amazing! I got my first car here and I would go back for a second and third! Staff is very nice and also helped me understand everything about getting a first car, I am very please with the service and the great car I got!!

Please do not buy from this location. I had a terrible experience with them.
I bought a reasonably priced(if it was overpriced it was very minorly) SUV that I was excited to have and start cleaning up. I wasn’t suspicious when the car was a bit dirty. However the car broke down and it broke down on the freeway. My family paid for the tow bill to get the car back to the lot.
The dealer was initially apologetic but quickly grew aggressive when me and my family tried to follow up and get the issue sorted out.
He (the owner) kept saying he would “make it right.” I was willing to be patient but the owner was unwilling to tell me his plan for getting me into a car or getting the SUV I bought fixed.
He continued to treat me like a kid and that quickly increased my frustration. I needed some help following up since I work full time and am in graduate school. He was also disrespectful and kept making empty promises to my mother and father who were asking questions to make sure the issue of my car was getting addressed.
The dealer told me he would let me get my money back if he was unable to get me a car that was comparable. Then the following morning he told me that if I wanted my money back I would have to pay for the repairs on the SUV(the one that broke down an hour into me having).
I had enough and told them I would be returning to the lot myself to either leave with a car or leave with my money.
After two test drives, one in a car that started choking and coughing as soon as I moved it, the other in a Jeep with a broken window, I found an SUV I liked.
This SUV was the same price as the other one.
HOWEVER the moment I sat down to buy this new SUV, suddenly the price jumped up $500 without me having been given any prior warning.
I was frustrated and angry, so I agreed to still buy the SUV if they would knock $200 off and then pay half of the tow bill from my family having to tow the old SUV.
Later(two weeks later), when attempting to drop off a payment to the dealer, the dealer was incredibly disrespectful and accused me of trying to blackmail him for the other half of the tow bill payment(which wasn’t even close to what happened)
I am at time of writing having to message the dealer to get a straight answer on when my plates or when any sort of temporary plate extension will be issued for this car. In two days this car is undriveable unless they give me some sort of fix for this plate. Which I have been given no indication will be done.
Very disrespectful, very manipulative, very unhelpful. Do not buy here please.

We have worked with this customer to resolve all issues unfortunately this customer still not happy.Customer is very abusive and very negative therefore we feel like there’s no longer a need to communicate.

Advertised a vehicle as clean and a daily driver, got an unsafe vehicle that needs complete suspension repairs, steering repairs, brakes repaired, wheel bearings repaired, gas tank repair, ( vapors leak into cabin when over 3/4 of a tank of gas, is a rack installed that has screws that go through floor to tank and have penetrated the fuel tank) transaxle needs replacement , unsafe tires and some electrical repairs. Have not even had the car 30 days and they refuse to take vehicle back nor exchange for a safe vehicle. Took it to a mechanic ( *** automotive repair in Lakewood wa did a vehicle safety inspection) that would not repair it said it was unsafe and illegal for a car dealer to sell an unsafe vehicle and ask for a refund or exchange. ( mechanic said it would be around $3,400.00 to make vehicle safe to drive on the streets) Company already has a few fraud complaints against it.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was not in good working order when I purchased it, sales person stated all it needed was brakes and a cv joint. Upon replacing brakes the entire front end was found to have been in an unsafe condition. Also the fact that the car dealership took 30 days as to try and avoid the lemon law 30 day cap also speaks volunes about this business. The entire sale was recorded on an iPhone including the test drive and clouded. I have a full inspection report from the insurance company as well as a second report from a licensed and reputable mechanic, as to this vehicle, it is unsafe, which means said car dealership falsified a D.O.T. Inspection report. As for this vehicle I do not expect to pay this dealership anymore money for it and I have sent a revocation of arbitration notice to them within the 30 days that is required by law, in which they have received as well as a written request for my down payment back. There is 2 notorized copies that have been sent to the state attorneys office and a lawyer prior to the 30 lemon law cap in which now I will take legal action against this dealership , this business could have exchanged said vehicle for a safe vehicle or refund the down payment, as of now I refuse to make payments on an unsafe vehicle. This business can send their notice of repossession as required by law or send the title and plates so it can be sent to a junk yard or pay the 2300.00 dollars that is going to be required to repair this unsafe vehicle. This business is not honest nor does it comply with federal and state laws pertaining to selling safe vehicles.

Sincerely

Hello.
I bought a vehicle, ( a 1991 dodge dakota truck ) for cash from this dealership on April 18th 2018.
The temporary registration expired today, June 2nd, 2018.
I was ' guaranteed ' by the owner that the license plates and registration would be available today.
When I arrived at the dealership at 12:15 PM, the plates and registration were not available as promised.
A salesman looked and could not find either and had no knowledge of the issue. After calling his boss, he had to reprint the paperwork and issued a new ' temporary ' tag, however, I was not given any paperwork to indicate or reflect the new temporary tag.
Now the owner is claiming the DOT is at fault for his dealership selling a vehicle without a clear title, also, he claimed over a phone conversation tonight, that they would leave the plates and registration under a flour planter by their front door for me to pickup 'after hours' tomorrow night.
My questions are, for one, how do I know my plates and registration will be there and not stolen by the time I arrive?
For two, does this sound like the way a reputable business would conduct a legal transaction?
I believe this business should be thoroughly investigated and possibly heavily fined as well as possible suspension of their business license.

Purchased a vehicle from Northwest Auto Loan on January 8th, 2018. I called the next day to let them know that it had auto shifting problems and that the check engine light had come on. No one answered phone. I called on the 10th to let them know that I was coming in with the car. I was told by AJ that he would replace the Cvt shifter. ON January 10th, 2018 at 2:00 PM AJ had the vehicle back on the lot. I have constantly been calling to see how the work on the vehicle is going. I have been told not keep calling . AJ would let me know.

It has been nearly 16 weeks since he has had the vehicle. I have not received the vehicle registration either.

My name is *** and I bought a 2008 *** from this car lot. I came in as a "family" friend looking to purchase my very first financed car. The ONE positive I can say is that, AJ did do all that he could to get me financed because I have a low credit score. Day 1, the car had major steering issues, it was shaking drastically driving it on the freeway or at a fast pace. I let AJ know, he said it was the ALIGNMENT, it was not the alignment, it was the brakes and rotors. AJ then had his very sketchy IN HOUSE MECHANIC (who told me in depth stories of how evil and mean AJ treats him, it's actually very sad.) Aside from that, the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced by AJ went the cheap route and only fixed the brakes, not fixing the actual issue. I told him it was not fixed and he decided to meet up with me that following sunday to see the issue for himself. Aj accused me of being on DRUGS for the reason behind the steering wheel shaking, stating " Are you just high, thats maybe why you think the steering wheel is shaking."
He then acknowledges that its shaking and he refers me to *** in Tukwila. He told me to drop the car off for new rotors and a tire rotation. I drop the car off and instantly the service team members at *** were confused as to how I just bought a car not even 2 weeks ago and it was completly non-sellable. They ended up replacing the rotors and using the same brake pads AJ had provided. Once the removed the tires, they found that one of the tires had a bent rim which is a HUGE liability because as they stated, it could of fell off while driving and caused serious injury or death. They would not release the car to me because of the rim and when they contacted AJ, he refused to pay for rotors and a new tire, saying that He specifically told me to drop it at *** for a oil change and tire rotation, when in fact that had nothing to do with the rotors or brakes and my oil was on 84%. A person at *** spoke with him and told him, he needed to pay for what actually needed to be fixed which was obviously the rotors and the tire. So he pays for it and drops off a new tire and suprisingly NOT, it was the wrong size and he didn't mention it so I am now driving around with a smaller tire (15") when I need 16" tires all around. After *** spoke to him and he finally agreed to pay for the repairs, we spoke on the phone where he began to insult my character, call me a liar and crazy and that I had mental issues, and when he kept speaking over me because he kept continuing to lie, he decided to hang up in my face and not return any of my emails or calls when I was requesting he do so and requesting paperwork.
AJ is a scam artist and he preys on the weak or who he thinks is "weak" or "not educated" when Indeed, I am the RIGHT one he messed with be. He was also sending me lude texts when I sent him over a copy of my driving license, stating that "I look like I take a long time in the mirror" and sent a picture of him and his kid to me as well, unsolicited. He's a horrible businessman, he has not helped me at any point, more so tried to cheat me when all I wanted was a reliable car, now I'm stuck with a car thats barely running, has 3 codes connected to the engine light that is on and all I can think about is the massive amount of money I am now in debt in with this car, and lets not forget Adrian J. as well. He's ruined the last month of my life and he's creepy. Stay far away ladies, and young people looking to work with a reliable and honest business. Go to ***, THEY ARE GREAT!

We have worked with this customer to resolve all issues with the vehicle on several occasions we have asked her to bring the vehicle to the shop and have it repaired. On several occasions with customers been very abusive and very negative again we tried to work with the customers all all issues unfortunately the customers feel unhappy with the purchase

On 12/02/17 I went to purchase a Nissan from NW auto loans, I got there around 11am and was told to hold for the head man. Once he arrived he told me the car I was interested in was at another location. I then was asked to drive with another worker and a lady (I am not sure what she does) to The north end of Seattle. After we get the Nissan I realized the picture of the Nissan didn't even look like the Nissan they were selling.
At this point it's now several hours later, dark outside my daughter is with me my 2015 Chevy Cruz was just vandalized so I was in need of a car. I was taking a uber to and from work. The Nissan stopped several times on our way back to the Tacoma location. Once we got back, the mechanic took the Nissan to see what was wrong and was told it was the alternator. The main sales person offered to sale me a Infinity, I drove the infinity back from the Northend it did stop two times while we were headed back, I mentioned this to the main sales person he said he will have the mechanic fix the issue was supposed to be the battery. He tried to get me to spend more money, however I wanted to see how things would work with this whole sale before I spent more money with them. I get home and within 3 days the car is stopping in the middle of traffic. I take it to a service station the battery cable is off the battery. I placed it back on the battery and went straight to the mechanic. The mechanic told me the car was considered a mechanics special! He said the car had been in a car accident and the damage from the accident is whats causing the car all of its issues. My mechanic showed me where they have a screw on one of the battery cables to hold the battery cable on. Since 12/02/17 I haven't even been able to use the car, I haven't been able to make it from Federal way to Kent without the car stopping. They are aware and have not offered any resolutions what so ever. They didn't even tell me the plates came in so the car has no tabs!

We have attempted to deliver her plates to her, but her she has a weekend only availability. In addition we had the vehicle inspected prior to selling the vehicle to Ms. ***. In addition we have made several attempts to help her with the repairs of her vehicle, regards to the AS-IS disclaimer that was signed by Ms. ***. At the time of purchase a Warranty was for purchase with the AS-IS vehicle in which she declined.
